    @Reil76 @SnarkusAurelius @Bell My father knew one of the local Bell Computer Engineers and flagged him down as he drove past my parent's place, in order to get an issue resolved that the client service reps and regular field techs couldn't solve. Bell kindly asked him not to do that again.

    @Bell I’m not going to DM you. I’m a preferred Bell client and I’m supposed to have 24/7 support. I’ve wasted more than an hour trying to talk to you. I’ll just go with Vidéotron or Rogers.

    @Bell Your loyalty team is brutal You dont care about customers or excellent customer service They hung up on me after giving me the insulting offer and no call back Funny you dont want to help me out now after 6 hours on the phone, and when I leave you will call daily for a month

    @Reil76 @IConcedeToNoOne @Bell They offered us a deal on Friday , booked hook up for tv yesterday but everything they sent us to do did not work so by Monday we cancelled the whole thing !! They lost 3 phones ,tv and home internet ,they did nothing and we got a bill by Saturday !!! Never again !!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
