@Bell_Support It doesn’t help, fixes it for a couple of weeks and then off again! Working from home this is incredibly frustrating and costly as need to use Data!!

@itsIBBO @Bell_Support Same here! Aside from errors that keep coming up on the website, my info hasn't seemed to of changed at least. That was a bit of a concerning email to get.

@louford1 @Bell_Support If it makes you feel any better, @Rogers told you to do that and then when it doesn't work they try to up-sell you to Ignite. I told them when they get the service that I have actually working and stable, I'll consider upgrading.

But that's what the telecoms want and the wholesalers seem to have lost all will to demand to compete against them Can't use 5G on my phone, can't use @Bell fiber network to the home without paying Bell my weight in gold bars annually (i don't weigh much). Totally ridiculous.

Hey @Bell_Support ... why would a customer of over like 10 yrs that hasn't made any changes to their account since last yr, be getting a welcome to bell email now with a first bill date? Currently waiting to speak to someone on live chat but that's taking forever.
