@Bell We have it and on a good day get 145 download and 35 upload speed playing on the new Xbox. The wi-fi sucks and watching tv it freezes all the time. We pay over $300. I laugh every time I see the Bell ads!

@hcammck @Bell @Bell_Support Good to know - I did finally get a call from head office, might be on my way to resolution finally.

I'm really happy @bell invested in the really terrible looking @tsn 5g camera instead of investing in local radio and staff

The resolution now offered is that the the cancel the contract due to buyers remorse. Instead of addressing the problem or having @Bell_Support deal with it in the morning....they are willing to lose a customer that has been them since ‘92. @BellMobility

@Bell_Support I recently switched to Bell Fibe for TV and internet from Satellite and Cogeco internet, It could be the worst mistake I may have made for entertainment and communications. Internet is fine but it’s been nothing but issues with the PVR receivers since installation.

@Bell you have the worst customer service. No one knows how to do their job. Only a handful. The rest needs to be trained better. #bhell
