    Let me explain in simplest terms the type of service @bell provides. The technician comes to the house and makes a mistake. No worries, they will come and fix it. But Bell wants to charge me $75 service fee to come correct the issue! Can we start getting some competition please.

    @Bell Shouldn't it already cover your home...no issues with rogers ....no need to pay extra to have internet in your house...this is a huge reason I switched providers

    @Axiomatic_Lies @Bell_Support Yes they just told me I’ve best rates. Not what the issue is I’m double billed by cheque day n not able to pay that then I’ll have no food etc

    @Bell Bell called offering me the fibe internet service ,the day of the instalando you called me to cancel the instalation , I lost 1 day of work I had to reactivate my old internet with a 65 $ reactivation fee why ? And the rep gives me a bogus excuse is it to hard to say we mess up

    @Bell Bell called offering me the fibe internet service ,the day of the instalando you called me to cancel the instalation , I lost 1 day of work I had to reactivate my old internet with a 65 $ reactivation fee why ? And the rep gives me a bogus excuse is it to hard to say we mess up

    @Bell_Support because I turn off my internet connection in my phone to send texts with photos to anyone. Can I get a discount on my home wifi which never works and gets in the way?
