@Bell_Support huge issues with your network out here (postal code V1B3G4) after we had a windstorm the other day. Since then there is no consistent signal and texts won't transmit consistently. Please fix asap.

@CyaraBird @kwetoday @Bell i stopped using the phone to do anything with my cable and internet provider. i do it via dm here on twitter, super easy, no headaches, no 2 hours on hold only to have the line hang up on you, etc.

@Bell_Support let's talk about how unhelpful you are to small businesses barely surviving this pandemic? Small charities are losing their offices & cannot afford their internet anymore & you are charging them $500 to cancel a service that they can no longer afford.👏 bravo.

@RogersHelps Internet goes down daily for the past 3 years. I live 25 minutes from the 3rd largest city in North America and I cannot get a quality internet service provider. It’s been 6 years trying @bell and now @rogers tech sup. call today an hour, fixed, now been down 40 min

@kwetoday @Bell I spent 2 hrs ordering a service & another 2 hrs trying verifying the service I ordered (which they called to verify) the day before only to have Bell cancel it! #frustrating

@Bell the technician later comes back to my home and told me @rogers cut a bell wire on the street... and was told I should have my service back up tomorrow... its now tomorrow I called bell only to be told there is no problem on the street

@kwetoday @Bell Try to engage the CCTS. They hammer ALL telco with fines for poor and slow resolution. Used them yrs back for business after 100hrs on the phone and multiple hangups. The file inside of I think 48 hrs ends up in CEOs office for resolution. They are like an Ombudsman for all telco
