@Bell_Business @Bell @Bell_Support Aug 26, day 4 still no internet, appointment which was supposed to be scheduled between 8-12 Friday, got scheduled in the wrong time slot 12-5. It is unbelievable we can have internet outage for 4 days in 2022.

The recent Rogers outage made clear what the consumer and public safety expectations are of mobile providers. So are northern communities like @fort_frances simply not entitled to proper service? Why is @Bell gaslighting my constituents about the state of their local service? 2/3

@Bell_Support So 2 full weeks without internet and tv. Five service calls. Escalated 4 times. It takes 2 weeks to fix some wires? Been told 24-48 hrs 4 times. Also told 2 weeks is normal to restore service.Ridiculous! @RogersHelps how quickly can you install internet and cable?
