    @Bell_Support , my rates aren’t lowered , it’s actually worse than my last contract . Point is , I pay almost $700 for 3 lines but yet your customer care is at a all time low on quality. I have to repeat myself several times and they lack of home training! Fix it !

    @Bell How about you guys look at everyone that is having problems with your internet and then ******* fix it. We havent had internet in THREE ******* DAYS! So unless you guys are ready for a lawsuit I'd get fixing 🛠🛠

    @Bell last December your representative promised me a discount on my 90$ plan everything is logged on call but i never got the discount and when I called back they told me that I can’t get the discount

    @Bell_Support @Bell @Bell_Aliant ive been without internet access for 72 hours now. I xalled you said it would be fixed on the 11. We are the 13th and no one can give me an answer to when my internet will work again. Come tomorrow im canceling my account with you l. **** you guys

    @Laskinator2 They did the same in Vanier. Work was done by @hydroottawa and @Bell. Their contractors occupied the street with their vehicles and materials, they drove recklessly, including wrong way down one way street and threw garbage everywhere. They didn't GAF.

    @Bell_Support P/1 Since the beginning of Dec. 2022 I have contacted Bell over six times to say my house line isn’t working. I have spent hours speaking with your customer service and they can’t solve the problem. I have asked countless of times to send a technician.

    @Bell_Support Sunday bell internet went off during the day came back at night. It is Wednesday today, it is not working. It is not even getting connected!! Why ******** should I pay you? For what? Broken internet!!!

    @Bell_Support I've finally spoken to a case manager, hopefully they have addressed and fixed the issue. We will see.
