@Bell @cbcgopublic a Bell tech recently installed our internet cable too low AND fasted it to our hydro cables. A transport truck drove down our st this morning and ripped it out of our home, along with our hydro. Now have no internet and hydro due to a careless and lazy mistake.

Unless they reboot your modem for the gajillionth time, @Bell support people seem incapable of taking any next steps.

So @Bell_Support charged me $49 to suspend a $10 monthly TV service we're not using. They essentially refused to cancel it when I called, didn't tell me about the charge. Unbelievable. #CCTS

@Bell_Support Wow. Your customer support representative just said on the phone “it’s not our fault a transport truck hit the cable.” @cbcgopublic @TheExpositor The police would beg to differ. The cable should never have been low enough to hit. What incredible negligence.

@SusanDelacourt @Bell I was so exasperated by Bell once that I wrote a letter to then-CEO George Cope. One of his flunkies sent me a letter on Dec. 31st to address my complaint, and then - surprise! - decided to close my complaint since I did not respond promptly. Of course, I was away on vacation.🙄

@SusanDelacourt @Bell Welcome to Canada’s telecom oligopoly service. What saddens me most is, at least in the old days they produced a few “feel-good” long-distance service phone ads. Now we get squat.

@Streetsmart_RE @Bell I am in Waterloo. Down for about 45 minutes now. Not good. I present at 2 and need my internet. Such a pain and it happens a lot.

@Bell I just noticed my phone has Bell 5G signal. My location is not covered currently according to Bell’s website. Is 5G really here?
