    @Bell_Support our internet has been down 3 1/2 hours. What is up? I notice someone else in the M1K postal code is down as well. How long before is it fixed?

    @Bell_Support can it still be called 24/7 service if I was on hold for an hour and the automated message said “offices are now closed” and proceeded to hang up? Announce you have an internet outage instead of wasting my time. Unbelievable.
