    After years I will be leaving @Bell as a customer. No ability to dispute charges added to my account. Customer service has no ability to reverse charges & must get approval b4 providing a credit. Corporate shenanigans. @Bell give Mike a raise.

    I’d been having so many issues w @VirginPlus I escalated a couple tickets to their ‘executive office.’ There’s absolutely no way the person who called me works in an actual executive office or has any executive function whatsoever. Don’t buy @Bell or #Virgin. You’ll regret it.
