@Bell I changed internet providers because bell could give me decent internet. I'm with rogers now. Their service is really bad but at least i can watch a video on youtube at more than 144p

So after going through three routers in two weeks, despite having told @bell each time that the problem was the line coming into the house, the wifi just conked out (again) and the newest router is telling us the network’s working fine… there’s just no connection to the house.

@RogersHelps The only credit I got was $20 from the mass outage in the fall, and a tiny discount on service. Why shouldn't I go to @Bell? no one in my building has issues with them, and they've given me a massive incentive to sign with them. just wanted to avoid the new account set up, but...

@ChrysalisChris @Bell @Bell_Support Lack of competition created a lousy environment for users in Canada. The company doesn't care about you as a customer. They pay their employees to aquire new customers. They (all 3 of them) suck and we have the some of the most expensive charges for these services in the world.
