    @Signals613 @Bell_Support Well the Bell cs guy I talked to today said that there was "damage to multiple servers, with lots of nodes to replace." Yeah ok. As for why the internet service died out so long after the storm passed, he had no answer.

    @Bell_Support How many customers lost service and how many have you restored service to? Can you also give us an approximate time as to when we will all get our service back. Difficult to work from home without Internet.

    @Bell_Support Still waiting, had a technician show up, but he can’t fix it. Where is your service? This is dangerous

    @Bell I will be moving to Rogers. Unless you’re a new customer Bell charges way too much for what you get.

    @Bell_Support @Bell Does this include cellular data? Access is very hit and miss. Can call or text but data access to internet is terrible in Ottawa, Bank and Hunt club area.

    @Bell_Support Still no service in Orleans. To be fair we barely get service when it's working anyway. Why not just skip the repairs and start running fiber?

    @Bell_Support This is awful. Saturday was we were told it would be up by 6P Sunday, Sunday we were told today by 7P .. and now I’m reading people who have reached out and they’re saying the current ETA is tomorrow by 8A. I hope you guys are planning to credit your cms

    @Bell_Support Bell Let’s Talk-For a company that so pro communication in times of crisis, you’re horrible at it. My guess is you wouldn’t pay to have your social media ppl work on a STAT.
