    @Bell_Support I have 3 cables boxes and I rebooted 2 earlier now stuck with the Bell logo but the one I didn't reboot is now working fine, FINALLY. So is the issue fixed? And if so how do we recover the ones stuck on blue screen because these are locked up...

    @Bell_Support Tried this - keep getting an error that it's not working & no one will answer my virtual chat or phone call. Virtual chat says you're too busy & your support # says your too busy as well.. brutal

    @Bell_Support Of course was having issues daily with bell. Received new box, thought tonight’s issues were more local replace modem only to find out larger issue with bell Fibe
