@Bell_Support I am not sure who this goes to, Bell recently repaired a downed fiber line and in my opinion it's way to low and will be ripped down again. I think it should be looked at so I don't lose my fiber again.

@Bell_Support Hey I appreciate that. I was just thinking tho, would it not be better to try to address the issue at the source and not with the individual? Bailing out a boat with a huge hole in it will only get you so far right!
