@Bell_Support I am not sure who this goes to, Bell recently repaired a downed fiber line and in my opinion it's way to low and will be ripped down again. I think it should be looked at so I don't lose my fiber again.

@Bell I’ve been unable to access my account for several weeks. I’ve talked to so many agents who tell me they’ll send it off but it still isn’t fixed . I just want to access my account so I can pay my bill. For God sake is anyone ever going to help me?
