    @brittlestar @Bell_Support We have a Roger’s land line , down over a week , 2 service visits. Just had to flip a switch at there end. Told twice , and over a week without calls from furnace guys.

    Would love to get @Bell_Support and @SamsungCanada on the phone at the same time so they can figure out together if it’s Bell or my Smart Tv that’s causing connectivity issues daily! Actually, throw @CraveHelp in there too! I’m truly livid.

    @brittlestar @Bell_Support My understanding is that the land lines now go to a central computer. So they won’t work when systems go down just like VOIP doesn’t.

That's why the free is in brackets and when I tried to do away with the phone number entirely, I'm on a VOIP service, the price for internet and fibe tv when up considerably. They cost it but the costs is pointless because you can't break them out.

    @AureliaCotta @brittlestar I see that the 3000 modem that I got from Bell has a battery bay. I wonder if powering that would help in a blackout? @Bell_Support

    @brittlestar @Bell_Support This is a huge problem for BellMTS customers in MB - the poor customer service, hopefully not the landline ridicule - people had to get the CRTC involved to get Bell engaged. 😠
