@hausoflovejoy @Bell I understand your frustration! On the phone waiting now since someone told me I will get my service whenever...not an acceptable time frame is it? Set me up and then tell me it can't happen and can wait til whenever? Been on hold for close to an hour now!

Terrible experience moving @bell services to my new home. Was forced to cancel my services and switch to Rogers… I had good experiences with Bell over the past couple years which made this even more disappointing…

My BF has a smart watch that does not work. He has probably spent ~10hrs on the phone with @bell, a telecommunications co that cannot even do call transfers. Anyhow, as it stands he has a watch that does not work and a bill for $1100. And he can't get simple help. #SwitchToRogers

@Bell_Support it’s now over two weeks with one bar of cell service, calls cutting in & out & dropping, no response to a technical ticket and three of several calls to your CS dept haven’t even called me back when they said they “would look into it”. I am BEYOND FRUSTRATED!!
