kerl (@kerldaddy) reported@Bell I’m not going to DM you. I’m a preferred Bell client and I’m supposed to have 24/7 support. I’ve wasted more than an hour trying to talk to you. I’ll just go with Vidéotron or Rogers.

Kimberly (@broddy83) reported@Reil76 @Bell They are the worst. Had issues with my fibre receiver always going out and needing to reboot. Called tech and their response was, well it’s working now so what’s the problem. Escalated and gave 20+ dates/ times of issue and they finally sent new receiver.
