    @elTIGREblanc What? We've basic cable they put us on in an shifty way, - not on contract with satellite or one phone. That leaves one phone that's it @Bell_Support yet costs 300+ a month. Horrible phone support & service. Hospital tried + it said my number was not in service. Epileptic

    @elTIGREblanc @Bell_Support Internet by a different service. Two cell phones. One on contract and basic good (2 level)cable.. meaning sh:t. Some shows 2014.

    Actual convo with @Bell Bell Tuesday after multiple calls re mobile issue: Don’t worry, issue on our side, system is down, charges will be auto removed Bell today: Yeah, you’re on the hook for our error charges, can’t fix it. Dispute bill when it comes. So long.

    @Bell_Support So just to make this transparent (really not sure why @Bell_Support doesn’t update the thread) there is, indeed an outage in my neighborhood. Still unsure why your support folks are be default dismissive and unprofessional— telling someone to take their modem back to the store!

    @itsyaboimaxoo @Bell_Support @Bell I wish I could. That’s a good price. That’s why we need more competition in Canada. I pay more than that but it’s worth it to prevent headaches from those Bell losers. A total time drainer… never mind having consistent service that actually works. Good luck!
