@Bell_Support Thanks. I’ll look into it because im@not sure this dismissive tech who doesn’t respond when you say something or wants to help would@do much for me. He placed me on hold and hasn’t told me anything . Shameful! Don’t get why the business should suffer this

@Bell_Support extremely poor service in Dundas, Skyline drive. Several neighbors reporting the same thing, unusual and unusable internet speeds. Your techs were telling my neighbors (5) to take the modems to the bell store. This is clearly an upstream change. Please escalate.

@Bell_Support By the way, I was told by this #highestranked employee that if I am not happy with him, then I can just cancel my order…. I guess that’s how Bell treats u happy customers after mess up the order…

@Bell_Support So just to make this transparent (really not sure why @Bell_Support doesn’t update the thread) there is, indeed an outage in my neighborhood. Still unsure why your support folks are be default dismissive and unprofessional— telling someone to take their modem back to the store!

@Bell_Support @Bell after a 2+h outage there’s no post mortem and I got a snarky follow up to my request for compensation. “Would you get compensated for a power outage?” Was the response. Hey, guess what I don’t pay a flat fee for electricity. Smdh cc/ @OpenMediaOrg

Yo @Bell, when someone wants to cancel a service with you, respect their damn decisions and stop calling them 24/7 with "better deals". I hate being disrespectful to people but y'all literally ask for it.

@Bell_Support Can you at least share what the problem was? Convincing your support people it was an issue with your upstream equipment was the biggest hassel dealing with your support organization.

@Bell_Support @witbonie @Bell is awful. Switch to another provider. That’s my advice.
