    Would never purchase a @Bell phone plan. I got my phone # and immediately got scam phone calls (one saying my SIN has been compromised). Also took 1 hour to get my SIM card in store because the employees couldn't figure out how to process a monthly plan. Off to try @rogers

    @Bell It’s ridiculous, We pay through the nose just to have Internet and cable in our houses that doesn’t work so then we have to pay extra money to get an extra device to pay for a goddamn service that you’re supposed to be supplying anyway #ripoff

    @Bell_Support I made an online order for the wrong phone an hour ago. I called and used live chat multiple times to cancel the order, and was told to wait for the phone to ship and then send it back. I have not been notified that it shipped yet, and I would like to cancel.
