It’s beyond ridiculous that at the end of 2025 my home just south of Ottawa has practically ZERO service with @Bell Mobility! This needs to change, customers should have a choice and not be forced to pick a single provider if they want cellular service!

@Bell @Bell_LetsTalk The worst customer service ever. 1st call I asked why they need the details when I gave the account number and she hung up. Second call she kept me on hold for 18mins with no reply and call dis connected.. doesn’t bell have a normal courtesy of calling back?

Either my phone Sucks. Or @BELL's📱5g network is A*s. I used to get better speeds with my old S4. It's not bad All the time. But pretty often though

@Bell @BellAliant why is the home security customer service almost impossible to get a hold of some one after you guys sold it off to api alarm. It’s literally the worst company to deal with . Been trying to reach someone from 1 week
