    @Reil76 @Bell They are the worst. Had issues with my fibre receiver always going out and needing to reboot. Called tech and their response was, well it’s working now so what’s the problem. Escalated and gave 20+ dates/ times of issue and they finally sent new receiver.

    @bell Can't work from home because I haven't had internet for 3 days. Bell says they don't have a crew that can run an internet cable from a pole across the street to my home. They also can't give me a date when they can fix this. I want a discount on my internet bill.
