This is a violation of the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, no?

For 2 weeks I have had the same issue, tried to be patient, been hung up on and spoken down to. been told its fixed and 12 days later still getting the run around Now you want me to go though the DM to make it private?

Hitsu (@hitsukuya) reported@RachelMathers18 @02Yozora @Bell It’s only Bell or Rogers in this neighbourhood 🙃 Rogers came within 20hr to fix neighbour’s line and had all necessary equipment. Bell came at night in a van and said it was too dark to do anything. Then a couple days later said that need to find out when technician can come.

Cat Rice (@RachelMathers18) reported@hitsukuya @02Yozora @Bell I had a branch bring down my line last year. after a week or so i found out the provider isn't the one who fixes lines but another company called Oncor. I don't know how it works where you are but you may need to find out who's in charge of the lines where you are.
