@Bell_Support The last 3 weeks my internet continues to cut out. My daughter missed most of her karate class on zoom and now I am unable to work as its out again. What's going on these days? I work from home and cannot get work done. #bellcanada #bellinternet

Hey @Bell_Support! One of your service people came by to service our neighbour's house, and parked their truck in our parking space without permission, and left metres of cables and garbage behind when they left. Is this how you conduct business?

@CBC @CBCNews I hope they’ll be able to provide service to places that @Bell_Support can’t. Far flung outposts like the Piperville neighbourhood of Ottawa, where we pay triple rates for limited, intermittent service.

@Bell_Support Yeah. I got shafted. My promotions fell off, and it increased $100 a month. Your loyalty cancellation team got it down to $218 a month (citing no promos during covid, which is weird) but that's still $50 more. Y'all forcing me to shop around even though I love bell.

@CBCNews @thomasdaigle I have @Bell_Support as a provider. I pay triple the price for internet for 3G at 20% signal strength. #Bell had been promising better service for years. I welcome any competition, it couldn’t possibly be worse or more expensive.

@JamesClausner @Bell Yes, I went trought that FOR WAS TOO LONG. Worst thing is that they hang up. How a communication company can't manage phone calls..... or train/supervise their employee. Ask for a supervisor, 50% they say they don't have 1, 20% i can't transfer due to covid , 20% will hung up...

@Nilan3073 @Bell_Support Bell sucks they gave me these and it made it worse. The guy asked how many adults live at home. I said two. So then he was like “so you have about 4 devices right?” Its 2020. My SCALE connects to wifi. No, we have like 25 devices...............
