@Bell_Support you guys are providing pathetic customer support. My internet is down since 315 or 330 pm on 21st apr and you guys told that the outage will be fixed by 1224 in the midnight. Then you revised the timing to 3 pm on 22nd and now to 1015 pm.

@RogersHelps @Bell You lost me as a mobile after 21 years +++ over a redundant $120 charge that customer service refused to remove. I was literally standing in the Bell store & moved my number as the guy in retention basically told me to get lost. A weight off my shoulders tbh.

@MarinusShelley @TELUS @Bell But it's bundled with the News package. I want the other channels. And I don't want to pay for Fox or support them in any way, but I am.

@RogersHelps I call at 1 x month & BEG for someone to come check out the issue & am told repeatedly there is no issue. It also looks like you are charging us over $100/month for patchy service for than @Bell is offering for better services (unlimited downloads).

@Bell setup me up with a modem that doesn’t work with my laptop, and their solution was to offer me an upgrade with $5 more per month or otherwise stuck with the faulty WIFI. Thanks @Bell for setting me up to be robbed #bell #robbery

@Bell Would be sweet if the thing you were bragging about was a better national network! Cause your network sucks in the middle of the country!

Now it’s kind of #funny. The #badcustomerservice is reaching a new high. Every note starts “I’m sorry you are feeling this way..” EVERY ONE then they repeat why it’s my fault. @bell and @bellservice is just talking to an automated script. You will NEVER GET HELP. DONT USE BELL!!!
