I'm tweeting this from a neighbours' house, who had the same service installed - you also cut them off for no reason for weeks before the installation. Why @Bell? We know you have no competition, but you could at least provide a competent service.

@Bell this is not a deal at all lmao it’s already massively overpriced and you need to get two family members to sign up... just for Bell to secretly raise prices on you six months-1 year down the line. Bell can kick rocks.

@Bell_Support Conclusion: Areas that don’t need fibre are given fibre, and there’s no ETA on when the $400+ I pay per month will warrant any fibre coming to Markham. Bell doesn’t care about customers, only the best ways to overcharge on garbage services. @bellcanadalies

Well, my optimism about my @Bell service has been flushed down the toilet. I’ve spoken to technical support for three straight days, and it’s astonishing how different the answers have been. Friday, I was told everything was fine with Bell’s hardware and it was on my end.

So, @Bell - why do you treat customers so badly? We ordered Wireless internet installation & you immediately cut off our current service which I need for remote teaching. Local Bell technician says no need for this. Spent 2 hours on phone discovering customer service don't care.
