@Bell_Support sound cuts out on stereo sound setting, and on muti channel it has un correctable lag. I have tried without our soundbar and it is no better. This is our 5th box in the last 2 months. (Unrelated issues) The stereo setting was working fine until today.

So 1 1/2 hours later and an extensive phone call with @Bell and nobody can tell me why I received an email confirming that the iPad I never ordered is out for delivery on the other side of the country. Had more fraudulent use of my info by them than anything I’ve..

@Bell_Support for the past few months I have tried to upgrade my device online. No matter if I use my phone, laptop, clear cookies, incognito… it’s can’t be done and I keep getting told to try again or pay 50$ for a “upgrade fee” for a person to help me. Why isn’t this working?

And @Bell your customer service is terrible. The rep, instead of transferring me to tech support gave me the number to call myself. That's all I need to know to go ahead and cancel and switch providers

@bell @Bell_Support Just reached out via chat to try and get answers about #ftth service in my neighbourhood. I've been watching your contractors lay fibre the last couple of weeks and wanted to know how to ensure it's run to my house. Got a sales pitch for 100Mbps DSL
