    Still on the same call... Me to @Bell_Support : So I’ve heard that line before and we are now 5 months later and you folks have yet to bill me properly since my first request. Why should I have faith in your service after failing so many times. /9

    @Bell @Bell_Support You guys have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. You cut my phone off for a charge that bumped me over my credit limit even though you cant seem to get me a replacement phone since it has been over 2 weeks since the service request was approved.

    Jan. 2021 Hey @Bell , I requested to buy my smart watch out of my contract but it looks like you canceled the service on it instead... and I still haven’t been charged the balance. Them: sorry about that, it looks like we can’t fix this over the phone. /2

    @Bell Shut down entire radio stations and all the staff. Team 1040. No warning. Just pull the plug. Then get your shill to fabricate a story about desperate losses forcing your hand. Even though the on air staff were first rate and led Vancouver ratings

    @Bell_Support I spent hours on the phone, to no avail. I specifically asked for my number to be held, it was changed to Pay as you go. When I checked it was cancelled. I had this number for over 10 years. Your service is awful and you treat long term customers terribly.

    Meanwhile, my gf (@kassiormson1) is fighting with @Bell_Support because they also ended up charging her for an additional line to make up for the original one that didn’t connect with her phone. The cut her service off after she questioned why she had two pay for both. /6
