@Bell_Support I’m returning three receivers since they are rentals and I cancelled my service, and I have my shipping label (one of them). Do I put all of the equipment into one box with the label, or separate boxes with copies of the same label?

Seriously. @Bell_Support Bell ad email: “Get all these digital/data heavy services today!” Also Bell: “Yeah you can only get super crap internet, no fibre, and only 2 of those 20 items will work properly. Now pay us $400+.”

Hey @Bell_Support, please explain this logic. Yesterday afternoon (March 16) two Bell techs were working on a pole in my backyard - I have no idea why they were there but they knocked out my internet and TV service.

Hey @Bell I love how the "complementary" speed upgrade for my internet was just a delayed excuse to increase my bill, now paying an extra $5 for no reason. And by "love" I mean I hate it, thanks! :P so much for rewarding customer loyalty!

@lapatina_ That’s amazing.. in Canada @Bell wasn’t able to allow us to do a hardware upgrade to our phone and keep the same number unless we were ok to go without a phone for 10 days (and still pay for service). I guess Ukraine has much more advanced technology than even here!!

@Bell I need to know how I am getting billed for an account that I never signed for, have no equipment for and your chat can’t help me. What a joke.
