He spoke at me and insinuated that I didn’t understand how good the deal was, wouldn’t listen to my actual issue (lowering my bill) and didn’t solve any of my issues. I’ve been a long time customer despite the bad press, but this is likely the kicker for me. @Bell

@Bell_Support It is my understanding that Bell upgraded its hardware at Tower Rd near Dear Lake NL to 5G. Before, service in the Town of Howley was poor, now it is worst. Difficult to manage a Town when Town Staff in the field cannot be contacted. @FureyAndrew MHA/Premier
