Got a promo call from @koodo asked how my service was, Honestly told the rep I am looking to either go to the parent company @TELUS or to @Bell, when asked why. 5G and Unlimited data plans that are offered. Easy enough for Koodo to do but they won't. Same Network Bad Service

@Bellsupports Placed an order on Sep 4,2022 and after 3 days on Sep 7,2022 it’s automatically cancelled. This is how @Bell works with their customers and without taking customer authorization directly cancel their order!! Cheers to Bell!!!

@Bell and @Bell_Support and any other Albertans who are having trouble with Bell mobile - when will the network problem be fixed so I can hear my ENTIRE phone call? All my calls continue to fade in/out, for days now. Your employees are saying you are trying to fix the network.

@Bell_Support I have been a long time Bell customer with phones and internet and TV. I just feel I should be afforded the attention it takes to get what I am paying for.

@Bell Bell offer 109/mo for 2 years to a new customer living on same condo I live. I’ve been with bell for the last 5 years and I pay 180/mo. $70/mo less than me, 840/yr less than me. I spoke a rep, there’s nothing for me. That’s how @Bell_Support treat loyal customer. FYI
