@VainHostile @Bell Bell does and has sucked in every possible way for a very long time. Their fees, the service. All of it is crap

  • jsmoke4444 Jon Smoke (@jsmoke4444) reported

@Bell some guy in a line clearing truck just ripped down you lines in Port hope. Normally I wouldn't try to escalate this but my elderly neighbour has serious health conditions and doesn't have her phone incase. Please help

  • SouthON_KCCO Nick (@SouthON_KCCO) reported

@fordnation The lockdowns have been extremely hard on those of us who do not have high speed internet services. I pay $300/month for limited bandwidth so I can work and my kids can do their schooling. Help @rogers and/or @bell expand into areas just outside the cities.

  • jimtorres6422 Jim Torres (@jimtorres6422) reported

@Bell_Support I Montreal having Internet outage issues?

  • brookzyj Jamieson Brooks (@brookzyj) reported

@Bell_Support @TheHuDas A better standard of customer service would be to communicate the exact problem to your subscribers, as opposed to trying to minimize the issue with the "DM us" response. If there's an outage, we understand. But, keeping people in the dark actually makes it situation worse.

  • Madmomma_ Mystery from The North (@Madmomma_) reported

@TheHuDas @Bell Nothing is up. Everything is down...! We waited a whole month for someone to actually be able to make our new cell phone work. It's ridiculous.

  • Davidominguez50 KingOfThe6🇨🇦🇨🇺 (@Davidominguez50) reported

@Bell_Support internet service is not connecting . Keep getting error 2000

  • CarrieDraws Carrie❤️ (@CarrieDraws) reported

@VainHostile @Bell I also called because didn't cancel her accidental data overage when she upgraded to unlimited internet like they said they would. I asked to speak with a manager, and they tried referring me to some guy in a quiet room who didn't even pull up her account, only pretended he did.

  • SK077879861 SK (@SK077879861) reported

@Bell the worst service provider you will ever find and customer service people are very rude who doesn’t understand what the customer wants. My internet is not working snd i have to wait till Saturday for a technician to come in to fix it. Are we i. The late 80?

  • SouthON_KCCO Nick (@SouthON_KCCO) reported

@Rogers @bell Have you looked into expanding internet into the N1A 2W2 area code? We are all stuck on subpar internet. The first company that brings high speed services here is sure to get all the people on board. The lockdown has shown us how bad our internet options really are.
