Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • dhavalkumarhp D H (@dhavalkumarhp) reported

@Bell Customer care and @Bell_Support really pathetic.

  • EatsCrayons_ Eats Crayons (@EatsCrayons_) reported

@Bell_Support Hello, how often does Bell re-propagate its servers? We are having connectivity issues related to gateway timeouts and in the past it was because Bell servers had not re-propagated on schedule.

  • JennMilli Jennifer Milligan (@JennMilli) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell - way to treat loyal customers. Renege on a promise from one loyalty rep to the next in a matter of 2 weeks. Willing to let a customer (who gives you all their services) walk over $10/month and waste my time and money. More than disappointed.

  • mackenzieshepp Mackenzie Sheppard (@mackenzieshepp) reported

@Bell_Support not only that but we both missed out on important lectures and seminars which are worth percentages of our grade. We were suppose to have phone call back from someone and as soon as we answered the phone HE HUNG UP (same guy who yelled at me and refused to help)

  • dinkbalshin jacob (@dinkbalshin) reported

Hey @Bell_Support plz retweet this garbage

  • mackenzieshepp Mackenzie Sheppard (@mackenzieshepp) reported

@Bell_Support your company made a mistake that left two students without internet for 24+ hours as someone from your company disconnected our internet and refused to send someone out to fix it as you seen it as non emergency.

  • smiths46 Simon Smith (@smiths46) reported

@Bell_Support very slow internet between 6 and 9 pm most nights in Burlington Ont. u don’t have the bandwidth to supply the demand. Ridiculous for what we pay.

  • JesseSharratt Jesse Sharratt (@JesseSharratt) reported

I'd laugh but I'm exhausted. I ordered a new phone with Bell a month ago. Still no phone. The agreement that they courted me with? Didn't honour it in the service agreement. Every detail of our agreement they have got wrong. How is this company still in business? @Bell_Support

  • RonaldaMJones Ronalda Jones (@RonaldaMJones) reported

@Bell_Support A ‘temp fix’ done Tuesday. By evening it failed. Called Bell Support. Was told someone would be by today - no show. (Lie or incompetence?) Both neighbours got techs - but despite being in our backyard for pole access Bell techs not ‘allowed’ to fix our service. Now on hold...

  • AnjaKaradeglija Anja Karadeglija (@AnjaKaradeglija) reported

At #INDU, the @CompBureau is asked about the lack of access to @Bell poles, which Quebec cablecos recently called anti-competitive and unfair. The Competition Bureau witness says they can't comment because there are ongoing proceedings and they're looking at the issue. #CRTC
