@DanPriceSeattle Which actually means there is more work added on to existing workers which results in higher burnout for poor employees. I speak from experience having watched this phenomenon @Bell the sister company in Canada & people being worked to death while profits & bonuses went up sadly

3rd @Bell_Support tech in 2 weeks unable to fix our patchy service. Says Bell is limping our neighborhood along until Fiber comes. Well what about current services!

Hey @Bell, how is "how to cancel your Fibe TV app?" not a FAQ?..and doesn't show up in search...Its like you want people to give up and just keep paying you for something they don't want or use...

@Bell_Support After spending 4 hours on the phone with a number of different reps, where the first one was actually selling me a service that doesn't even work, my problem has still not been resolved. Today I received a follow up call from another impatient rep, who hung up on me. We are done

@Bell_Support The other issue is taht I did pause the tv show, I closed my laptop. Came back a while later, opened the laptop which made the show start up again, even though I didn't press play. Please add option to turn off autoplay. I can't find it anywhere.

@Bell_Support My wife and I are having to cancel our business phone+internet because we no longer have our small restaurant after 7 years. After the obvious struggles this past year now we're not only being told we have to pay $1000 just to cancel, but that our matter isn't (1/2)

Why would a @Bell_Support tech show up at our house and tell us our internet is having a problem when it wasn't, then they leave and we have had nothing BUT problems for over a week!
