@mikeystephens81 @Bell Bell Telecom is an absolute joke, they had my 80-year-old dad paying an $80/month "maintenance fee" for a device he had paid off (despite not offering any service for that fee)

@Bell can I ask what the point of your customer survey was? You wanted feedback of my current plan and the only question was who I got the plan through. The rest were where I purchased my phone from and who my last provider was.

@sunlorrie Unfortunately, it's the consumer that will pay! @Bell and @Telus spent $$ they never should have. Their shareholders should be FURIOUS! No taxpayer bail-out EITHER! They knew this is where it was heading and invested regardless...

Canada needs better communications services. Canadians pay more than any other developed country. We deserve better. It’s time to take down @Bell and @Rogers they’re grifters.

@mikeystephens81 @Bell They’re all intentionally bad now because you only have one other option and they know it. If you’re a long standing customer you can usually squeeze them a little bit. It’s infuriating

Must be incredible to be in a position to hang up on a potential customer @Bell I was on the phone for over an hour, then the guy put me on hold for at least ten minutes then disconnected me. Oh. And your turbo hub plans are straight up robbery. #SixtyDollarsForFiveGigs

@mikeystephens81 @Bell I once had a guy put me on hold but forgot to mute himself. Asked the guy beside him how to resolve a conflict and he told him I was an idiot and ignore my complaint. I told him I could hear everything he said when he came back. His response:this is awkward. Bubye Bell after that
