@Bell_Support @Bell frame of 2 months (service activated on Sep 30) so either way, we should be getting it. Our main concern is that we were assured we were being given 2 premium services which got us to say "Yes" to Bell. The service rep on our first call, as well as the

@Bell I’ve had no service in Calgary for over 12 hours, is this related to what’s going on in BC?

The line to @Bell_Support is so bad that I can barely hear the support on the end. It's a mess of static and distortion. In the end she says they are sending a technician out between 12 and 5 tomorrow, so I can't even go and work from a coffee shop.

@Teirersias @Bell @CRTCeng Not like there a contract change (new device due to one broken). I think your area requires you to put a complaint in writing to the CRTC and not the CCTS (unless things changed). This is likely what u will have to do.

  • WilliamGBray72 Bill Bray (@WilliamGBray72) reported

@Bell I am still being harassed by G Dale using the crowd control trip feature in the Huwai 5G infrastructure. You need to stop this he’s using Be hardware and you have my home network diverted and are using it. This will be on Bell.

  • Teirersias Aaron W (@Teirersias) reported

They have Family Plans which just means you get to pay for each devices data separately so it's a garbage plan. The sales rep even acknowledged that the phone with the fake unlimited data would be cheaper. @Bell @CRTCeng
