@Bell_Support I'm irritated!! Second time in a week my internet is down!! I don't want to spend another hour on the phone passed around from one person to another only to HAVE to have a tech come out (surprise) who said i shouldn't have any more problems... sigh!!

So basically the CRTC is working with @virginmobilecan I canceled my plan early and they are charging me 581.00! Cell phone companies in Canada are highway robbery @Bell #customerexperience #CRTC sucks!
