    @Bell_Support internet down since midnight, no updates since 1am, called support and they say internet could be down for up to 48 hours? If your outage in downtown Toronto is that bad, maybe you should actually provide updates.

    @hopplajunge @Rogers @Bell Try to call and cancel, good luck! As you move on and forget about it because you can’t get through they will automatically send you to a collections agency. It’s mind blowing how horrific their service is.

    @Bell Your door to door salesman need some training. After saying no thank you, we are with @Rogers he talked over me to my husband and asked him who pays the telecom bill. As if it matters. Btw I do and will never give you a dime! #woman #badservice

    @Bell_Support Well, I had to contact Bell Internet support to get help with my awful and poor service i’ve been getting. Surprisingly enough, I was getting yelled at and got told “blind” by a customer support associate… NEVER consider subscribing to Bell under any circumstances

    every time i call @Bell_Support it's never easy! They always ask for different things even though I'm calling about the same issue. i've been calling abotu the same installation all week and suddenly they cant tell me b/c my name isnt on the list of authorized people???
