@Bell_Support Bell sent someone today (24 hrs after they were notified) and the tech said the repair was beyond his ability (or his desire to work) and that our service should be restored by Monday. More than a dozen customers are affected and will go without service for about 100 hours! 2/3

This is really poor customer service. I had planned to switch to @Bell for my internet when I move next month but now I’m having second thoughts.

She couldn’t call because she only has a home phone, and because her Bell service wasn’t working, neither was her phone. See the problem here? Surely there could be a workaround for those who use @Bell without a cell phone to get help, when they make the effort to go in person!

@pjug641 @Slootbag @Bell_Support I've seen a streamer try starlink. Doesn't work, because every satelite-switch lagged out the stream badly

@Bell_Support Any ETA for phone’s signal in Laval, Quebec? Phone signal’s been struggling since the outtage but mostly in my sector, if you move 10-15 min away the signal is fine

Hey @Bell - my mom had to loan a friend her cell phone today so they could call you because their Bell service to their house wasn’t working. They had gone to a retail location for help but was told they couldn’t do anything until she’d tried calling first.

@Bell I’m getting a lot of Bell ads. They must’ve heard I got Starlink and I don’t need their crappy Bell 2000 garbage anymore.

Biggest mistake I made was switching to @Bell Fibe Phone service. Once again today I have no phone working and my modem has an Error 2000 code after I rebooted it. Can @Bell_Support tell me how to switch back to the old copper line? I’m tired of dropped calls and modem issues.

@Bell_Support Hi! I am one of your Québec customer who was out of power. I saw that you will not charge any extra fees for over data. I just reach the 50$ extra data roof, I am wondering what to do? Should I just unblock my data and it won’t be charged?
