@Bell I got the Visa card from you which says 60days after service install, it should be loaded. It’s over 60days and am still waiting for it.

@Bell_Support My Order number is BC5G73TH, I've been waiting for the Internet installation for the last 31 days. #Bell certainly is not the fastest internet service provider in Canada.

@TELUSsupport Telus just installed modem to start internet & cell service. Was told old service at @shawinfo was not stopped & they'd charge $210 to cancel. @Bell.ca also said they'd not stopped service, but unlike Shaw, Bell honored our agreement not to charge me cancelation.

It’s been 6 months and the Internet network at my house hasn’t been fixed. Technicians have come to my house, and the same problem keeps happening. Please fix this now, I am wasting my Data when I’m paying for a service @bell
