    @Bell_Support Thanks friend but I’ve DM’d a dozen times with no response. 96 hours without service and there are no power outages or damage in my area. Bell remains silent as to why I have no service and no updates in any regard. Would you not be frustrated?

  • uro55 Nick Stewart (@uro55) reported

    @Bell_Support Our TV, Phone a and internet is still out from the storm in Saturday. I work from home and this is becoming a HUGE issue. Any updates on when it will be back on? (Live in the Yonge and Lawrence section of Toronto)

    @Bell_Support is your email down

  • SwayMarz Sway.Marz (@SwayMarz) reported

    @christaggart I hear you. Took me hours to get a hold of anyone from @Bell last Tuesday. I am still without service. Get Told every 48 hours someone will contact me in 24-48 hours. Was offered extra data on my phone service, which I don't have. No internet for a weem. I work from home. 🤬

  • rachimeson Rachyll (@rachimeson) reported

    @Bell_Support Tried this a few times and still no internet. Our power returned yesterday afternoon and we had wifi, but woke up this morning to none. Clearly this isn't a router issue; it's a Bell issue

  • shivnibble Sean Brady (@shivnibble) reported

    @Bell_Support I've got multiple Bell phone/internet lines down across my backyard that were taken out during the storm, connecting to both my neighbors. Can't connect to your chat b/c I don't have a Bell account. How can I book a service call to have them rehung?

  • GladysRBates142 Gladys R. Bates 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 (@GladysRBates142) reported

    @Rogers, @Bell, other service providers: listen up. How about giving free service to Ottawa + Uxbridge or anywhere there is significant storm damage? People might go over there allowed minutes to deal with problems. Have a heart for God’s sakes!

    @allexander321 @Bell @Rogers shut it down #NoFoxIn🇨🇦

  • lbcurtis Lance Curtis (@lbcurtis) reported

    @Bell_Support What makes it even more puzzling and frustrating is my next door neighbour has @rogers and his internet has been up since Sunday. Those of us with @Bell internet & Bell Fibe on either side of him are still down. Help please!

  • NancyMorris Nancy Morris (@NancyMorris) reported

    @RogersHelps "RogersHelps" - that phrase is now laughable! Expect a mass exodus to @Bell. Even if hydro cuts are your main problem re #OttawaOutage, giving no updates or canned/insincere answers is beyond insulting.
