@Bell_Support can you provide me with a direct number to call for Bell Satellite Home Internet? Your phone customer is service is of no help... my neighbour (50 ft away) has it, yet Bell has no idea what I’m talking about (nor have I received a call back from anyone)

@Bell has raised my mobile bill for the second time in a year. An increase of over 15% in 12 months. Had a nice chat with customer service who honestly told me the same thing will happen next year😒@cbcmarketplace @cbcgopublic #canada #telecoms #monopoly

@Bell_Support my internet and Fibe TV are down. Just cut out in the middle of a show and nothing is loading on phone or television. Any advice?

@Bell promote ending the stigma of mental illness but their coustomer service certainly doesn’t seem to be on board with that statement. Gotta love having someone laugh at you and say they’re flabbergasted by you. In 5 months when this contract is up its goodbye after 10 years!

@Bell thinking about getting rid of my cable thru bell. @DIYNetwork changed their format here in Canada and it's awful now. @HISTORY haven't updated their shows in years. Seems I am not getting what I need for the money that's spent.

And the worst thing is - one has to it everyone year or @bell will just raise my rates & lower my service level without telling me. The call centre person was like "wow, you're paying $105 a month for just #Fibe50?"
