@Bell_Support Nice try. I won't continue this circle of madness. Did that yesterday. Weeks ago. Got nowhere. Prospective @Bell customers need to be aware of how terrible your service is.

  • forks_the LiberateTheForks (@forks_the) reported

@Bell_Support I have been trying for over an hour to talk to a human about a change in my bill. "Press # to talk to a service representative" is resulting in an ended call with almost all support call # s.

  • chrisinvic44 Chris (@chrisinvic44) reported

@Bell Thinking that faster internet will fix an angry man child that throws things when they don’t go his way is a pretty weak way to advertise.

  • TanyaFusco Tanya (@TanyaFusco) reported

@Almightygoogly @Bell_Support Since Bell support is trying to argue that it’s the number of devices we have connected, turned off Wi-Fi and plugged laptop directly into modem. 1 device connected and I had 2 outages in the past hour. Not sure how to get Bell to do anything because they just argue with us.

  • porp Aaron (@porp) reported

@Bell_Support I wanted to tell someone at Bell about a very positive support experience I had, where would I do that?

  • babbycalvin1 babbycalvin (@babbycalvin1) reported

What's up with @bell @Bell_Support repeatedly refusing to send a technician to help my 86 year old grandmother fix her tv/ internet? She's been a customer for 60 years and is blind and deaf. She pays hundreds of dollars a month only to be treated like this? Outrageous.

Yo @Bell your support is a joke

  • kjewell87 Kyle Jewell (@kjewell87) reported

@forddavev @Bell_Support Yep. Still no help even on here. I appreciate their prompt response but still no help.

  • TopSpinTheFuzzy TopSpin the Fuzzy 💙💛 (@TopSpinTheFuzzy) reported

Hey if you're in Montreal don't sign up with @Bell unless you enjoy talking to support every day.

  • TanyaFusco Tanya (@TanyaFusco) reported

@BillLeathem @Bell_Support I called support again with only my laptop plugged directly into modem and WiFi off to disprove their claim that it’s the number of devices we have connected. I called after the 3rd outage with this setup. Tech finally sees a “minor issue” with the line.
