    @Bell_Support Our modem isn't working and Bell sent a new kit without one of the cables and no technician?? Calling in is a nightmare with the AI assistant is a nightmare. How are we supposed to restore the service we are paying for?

    @Bell_Support . Our internet is down and my roommate cannot schedule a technician to come fix it because he’s not authorized on the account. I’m overseas l, do not have working phone so I cannot phone you. I’ve tried the chat 5x and it’s not working. How can I add him?
