@Bell are y’all competing for worst customer service of all time award? Have had our internet shut down for the 4th time in 3 weeks. 3 hours on the phone each time with apologies and assurances, only to have it happen again each week. Currently on hold for the last 45 minutes.

  • v1d2m3 Victor March (@v1d2m3) reported

@Bell Why pay for the extra pods, my service provider gives them to me for free!!!

Hey @Bell_Support we've been waiting 9 days now to sort out a Sim / eSim problem on my new work phone. It's basically a brick right now. How long should we expect to wait?

@aerospacerock @stevemartinish @Bell What type of phone do you have? Cause that could make the difference. I have an older entry level A series Galaxy. So 80 is pretty much my max speed. If you have a better phone you are definitely get a better wifi signal on your phone

  • marissasidel1 Marissa Sidel (@marissasidel1) reported

@Bell_Support your absolutely ridiculous “customer service” agents have disconnected me twice today after sitting on hold for 30 minutes. This is why I went to Videotron.

  • DarrenLaur Darren Laur - White Hatter Team 🇨🇦 #OnlineSafety (@DarrenLaur) reported

@Bell_Support I did connect with your retentions as a long time customer, and they could not help with the pricing thus why you lost a customer.

  • PamelaPHubbard Pamela Hubbard (@PamelaPHubbard) reported

@Bell My Bell Fibe has been performing dismally in the past 2 weeks. I’m seriously considering switching to any other provider who can give me consistent quality of service!! If this is state of the art than Bell is seriously in trouble!

  • SaraKhorshid Sara Khorshid سارة خورشيد (she/her) (@SaraKhorshid) reported

Another day wasted with .@Bell technical support agents on the phone & .@BellSupport on Twitter chat while my Internet is still not functioning properly. Today's agent on the phone blames me for having "too many devices" instead of fixing the problem
