    @kwetoday @Bell Try to engage the CCTS. They hammer ALL telco with fines for poor and slow resolution. Used them yrs back for business after 100hrs on the phone and multiple hangups. The file inside of I think 48 hrs ends up in CEOs office for resolution. They are like an Ombudsman for all telco

    @RobOnLocation @Bell Poor child... mine is actually 8 but it’s never been a problem. When I only had 4, I ran into problems all the time!

    @kwetoday @Bell My experience with bells customer service has been horrific to say the least. I will NEVER deal with this company EVER again because of the way their customer service reps treated me when I was a customer.

    Let’s be real: all these companies asking for down payments (my utility) or to verify my ID - they are doing credit checks. They need to tell you that they are doing before doing so. This is why @bell’s “verifying your ID” is bogus. They can verify my ID. They just want more.

    @CyaraBird @kwetoday @Bell i stopped using the phone to do anything with my cable and internet provider. i do it via dm here on twitter, super easy, no headaches, no 2 hours on hold only to have the line hang up on you, etc.

    @RogersHelps Internet goes down daily for the past 3 years. I live 25 minutes from the 3rd largest city in North America and I cannot get a quality internet service provider. It’s been 6 years trying @bell and now @rogers tech sup. call today an hour, fixed, now been down 40 min

    Bell using the Moral Code is so insulting to me given that abuse never stopped in 10 yrs just changed forms to @Bell in house Disability Management Caseworker cut my benefits for 6mnths as was too sick in bed to fill the ******* forms #stopabusingmetogetbetter #BellLetstalk
