You kept my phone to repair it for 2 months, then didn't send back a part. Then you demand payment and someone calls me and hangs up when I tell them my story...great.

Jamieson Brooks (@brookzyj) reported@Bell_Support @TheHuDas A better standard of customer service would be to communicate the exact problem to your subscribers, as opposed to trying to minimize the issue with the "DM us" response. If there's an outage, we understand. But, keeping people in the dark actually makes it situation worse.
