@Bell Just checked availability at my address. Not available to this address but it’s in the neighborhood. Certainly isn’t 100x better if you’ll never get it.

  • BerryCLAG CLB (@BerryCLAG) reported

@Bell_Support phoned to reduce channels on Fibe TV, customer service is so bad that I am just canceling Bell TV all together.

@Bell_Support I have tried all suggestions including virtual repair which says 'issues'. 237759403 K2B5P3 6132987708 Can you tell me any news please, what next? Must I just wait longer.

@shernotcher @Bell It does seem like a great deal. They say it's the price for a year but with no contract I don't know. I would rather have a contract. With Bell if you don't have a contract the price is constantly changing and the packages and service sucks. I'm so sick of Bell call centres.

@TorontoUltra @Bell Who can I talk to about ticket support??

  • SayF8945 SayF8945 (@SayF8945) reported

@Bell Canada home phone serivce is the worst since the storm last Saturday. Electricity is almost restored to thousands of customers while @Bell is not able to restore a home phone line.

  • MgniM The Canadian (@MgniM) reported

@Bell_Support I called. They were unable to help. Bell takes care of new customers much better than they take care of loyal, decades-long, customers. Reel them in. Raise the rates! Very disappointing.
