So can someone tell me why @Bell calls my house and my son who answered the phone says “my Dad is not home!” Then the agent starts offering promotions about Bell service he states that “he is a minor.” And continues…what is this about?

This issue has still not been resolved because @Bell @Bell_Support employees don’t know what they are dealing with. They are clueless as to how to fix this issue.

The original tech that is supposed to come today has not yet shown up (we were told between 8-5). Our neighbour was told it’s not @Bell_Support’s problem and they can’t help him Never in my life have I had such horrible customer service /3

@dp115 @koodo @Bell Just to warn you: when I was with Bell, I called to cancel my service and they said they canceled it. They continued to bill me for 6 more months despite calling repeatedly, asking to cancel my mobile service. I ended up having to pay $300 because they lied to me.

@Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support I have called and went in store. I just know I have shopped around. I will get a better deal from @TELUS. Send me the phone line of higher ups in the consumer service. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I'm about to switch
