@Bell_Support It is only my 2nd bill from Bell, & already the 2nd issue. You added a $50 connection fee on my 1st bill, even thought your agent assured me that it was waived. Your phone support promised to escalate and call back, but they never did.

  • TicknerRoger Roger Tickner (@TicknerRoger) reported

@Bell_Support Why do you need a DM? It’s a simple yes or no. If it’s your guy, the next time they trespass on my property the police will be called. Either you help or disregard. I’m trying to help you here.

@Bell Hey @Bell_Support. What's the status of the outage in the L9H area?? I understand it's a cut line, but no ETA to fix it and no updates online or when I call? I need internet to work!! #disappointed #wfh #help

  • jerry_lambe Jerry Lambe (@jerry_lambe) reported

@Bell_Support tv service is intermittently pixelating and stuttering. Tried the virtual tool. Didn’t work. Hockey is starting soon. Not good. BTW - I’m in Sarnia.

  • chucklz86 Peter (@chucklz86) reported

@Bell_Support 's common strategy shows again. "Let me put you on hold for 45 minutes and hope you hang up" #LetsTalk about that now.

  • JNTCMORRISON John Morrison (@JNTCMORRISON) reported

@Bell please please please fix your cell service in north Moncton! 2 bars is terrible.

  • Gilgameur Gil Gameur (@Gilgameur) reported

@GordonYee5 @Bell_Support There was an outage this morning. It seems to be solved.

  • GordonYee5 Gordon Yee (@GordonYee5) reported

@Bell_Support - I'm on the West Island of Montreal. Bell says internet is up, but downdetector and my service say otherwise. Is there an outage?

  • dawvon Dave Wong (@dawvon) reported

@Bell_Support I was just charged $75 for 5 days of roaming day passes. But I've never turned on data roaming, and even MyBell showed 0 roaming data usage. How did that happen?

  • MarkKennedyQW Mark (Bundy) Kennedy 🇨🇦 (@MarkKennedyQW) reported

I’m confused. I’m paying @Cogeco $81 per month including tax for 120Mbps download. And @Bell just sent me an offer of 15Mbps download on Fibe for $85. Is #Bell nuts thinking this is a good plan? Am I missing something? That seems like a lot for a very slow connection. #Internet
