@Bell_Support And he even boasted about his job saying something like his job is some kind of the last resort of tech support. Is that some kind of a warning to me? He doesn't have to tell me that he is some kind of last resort of tech support. Bell gave me my plan and he wants me to change it

@Bell there was a FIRE in my house this morning & the smart fire detector that I pay for monthly as part of my home security did not go off & I didn’t get a notification on the app. My dog and household could have died and your help line says there’s no supervisors working today

So glad I just left @Bell as a customer. I've never had such rude and aggressive customer service over wanting to cancel. - Transferred once from a nice agent to a total jerk - I told the guy "No" 6 times, that I just wanted to cancel

@Bell well it seems fibre isn’t that great. 4 times I have lost my internet because of techs screwing up the fibre. 8 hours Saturday and so far 3 today. Management doesn’t give a **** over 24 hours for a tech. Thanks. I’m F Ed by Bell
