@MobileSyrup Thought I'd take a Look at @Bell since I've been with @Rogers for so long, but Bells website makes it so difficult to build out a comparable service to see if it is even worth looking.

@Bell_LetsTalk @Bell I've been your client for just under 2 weeks and I'm under the impression that Bell Let's Talk was created for your customers suffering from mental illness brought on by your customer service department.

@Bell_Support Service is still terrible and support ghosted us.

@Bell_Support Internet and TV are now back. A second power down and reset seems to have fixed it.

@Bell_Support would love to have actual support from this company instead of a run around since October

@Bell_Support 48 hours won't help me teach tomorrow. Been on the phone with support for an hour and a half. I am assuming that this isn't an area outage then?

Hey @Bell_Support, not sure what kind of CSRs you have working your loyalty department this morning but the man I just got was horrendous. Answered the phone with a curt "Hello," no name, and wanted me to cancel my services instead of trying to keep me as a customer.

@AcanacInc @Dorky106 Actually tried to contact again. No such luck. As such, I contacted Bell and they had a technician on-site today. I have switched back over to @Bell and haven’t been with them in over a decade. I hope to be able to contact you later soon so I can cancel and get a refund.

@justinpitcher @Bell I absolutely agree. Sasktel has a service that's 10 down 2 up and it's $150 a month. After 200GB it's throttled to 2 down, 256k up. Or, pay $100 for 100GB and then pay $20/25GB up to 100GB then $3/GB after that. Neither of them are even useful with those limits.

@Bell_LetsTalk Time for @Bell's marketing campaign that takes advantage of serious issues for their cheapest promotion of the year. Push their name trending for less than the cost if a single 30 second Super Bowl ad all while guilting people into doing the work for them.😡 Then writing it off.
