@Bell you have been to my house 11x over two weeks and we still have no home internet. The bill is $100 a month for a service we can’t access. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with what your company calls customer service - been a client for close to 20 years and I’m strongly reconsidering

  • dogwarden_ dan!! (@dogwarden_) reported

@Bell you once billed me and my family 15k dollars in overuse charges when we didn't even have the modem plugged in get ******** off of my timeline scum

If I were the straight forward internet service upgrades I requested from @Bell, I would simply work properly instead of knocking my internet out entirely

told them I've been through a dozen times already. I state the exact problem, then they come back and reaffirm that that's the problem and it needs an L2 to address it. Rinse and repeat. @Bell_Support @VMCcare

Hey @bell How about unlimited internet again for the #lockdown ? Not looking forward to a 200$ internet bill because im spending more time at home for the month. 4$ for 1G over charge is ridiculous and expensive. Help us out!!! Thanks

I have now spent a total of 2 hours on the phone with @Bell only to find out in a follow up email that my services have been downgraded and I’ll be paying $20 more per month!!!!. Changes have been made to my account without my consent!! Any tips on how to fix this?

.@Bell hey Bell, I think someone stole the Ottawa Senators GM's phone and made a phone call to the Arizona Coyotes and gave them a 2nd round pick for Derek Stepan. Pretty sure the Sens GM would never do this. Can you confirm? We need our 2nd rounder back.
