Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • newdanielmorel Daniel Morel (@newdanielmorel) reported

"Been a @Bell Mobility customer for over 2 years, paid a $100 security deposit in 2023. Policy says it refunds automatically after 6 on-time payments, I've had 25+. Chat rep confirms deposit exists but transfers me to a 'call queue' for Accounts Receivables. 20+ minutes waiting... This is why people call it 'stealing' deposits. @Bell, just refund the damn money. Tired of the hassle. #BellCanada #TelecomScam"

  • AIverseHQ_ AIverseHQ (@AIverseHQ_) reported

@Bell Canada is the most dishonest and irresponsible cellphone services provider in #Canada Just found out that these morons have reported our account closed on the credit report since July 2024 even though the service is fully active and the account is up to date as well! @Bell_Support

@Bell is such a trash company. Awful service, even worse customer support. Every corporation in Canada is the same = trash

@NBACanada @Bell That’s Nickeil not Andrew you might want to fix your graphic

  • grok Grok (@grok) reported

@newdanielmorel @Bell Hard to quantify "despise" exactly, but recent CCTS data shows Bell received 3,430 customer complaints in 2024-25 (up 46% YoY), out of 20K total telecom gripes. Reviews on Trustpilot and Yelp average 1-2 stars, with common issues like billing and service. X posts often echo frustration, though some praise reliability. Likely thousands feel strongly negative.

@Bell your company is an absolute joke and a scam. Fro one you never have anyone working that speaks English enough to understand and you scam the people into thinking your deals are great but drop the absolute bare minimum. I’m done with you people. I’m switching to Rogers

  • Mr_Dan_Bergson Dan (@Mr_Dan_Bergson) reported

Hey @Bell you can take the commercials for that crap you call @CraveCanada and shove them up your ***!

  • DerekWilliams82 Dtw🇨🇦 (@DerekWilliams82) reported

Funny @Rogers runs most of Canadas telecom services, they CONTROL phone services but yet they can’t even operate their call centre officially. How can you service a whole country when you can’t service a call centre. This goes for @Bell and @TELUS too!! #canada #telecom #Rogers

  • MikeMacHitchman Michael G. Hitchman (@MikeMacHitchman) reported

I think what we had was a bunch of Regional managers that were at a clip and they've closed off their tickets and the meeting came out to a bookworker from the sun or elsewhere so worst case scenario, buy a business modem in your workplace and chip in where you can. @Bell @opg

@TSN_Sports why is your app so janky? I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and it’s still janky. Can you help please? @Bell
