@Bell_Support Fibe tv is NOT working. Makes a horrible noise. ‘no video signal’ message on screen, and the green light on the pvr stays lit but is flickering. Only way to turn it off, is to unplug it. And ideas, please?

  • fbehrens2 Frances Behrens🇺🇸🇨🇦🌎 (@fbehrens2) reported

@Bell_Support I’m having problems with my bell fibe screen went completely black as soon as I turned on my tv wondering if there is a isolated problem or something of a bigger issue

  • ItsKnucklesUp SYLYX | KnucklesUp/Michael (@ItsKnucklesUp) reported

@TorontoUltra @Bell Who can I talk to about ticket support??

  • KelsMo25 Kelsie Morin (@KelsMo25) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell Definitely DID NOT resolve my issue and someone that works for you guys was super rude to me on the phone today.. when will the internet come back on in the K2c0b9 area code…?

  • davidbarritt69 David Barritt (@davidbarritt69) reported

@Bell_Support CC, I have already been on with support this morning before I tweeted. They have no update. Your company is charging for overages as per my original tweet. New low for Bell imo.

  • MrsTankGirl Mrs.TankGirl (@MrsTankGirl) reported

@CRTCeng my internet drops, slows down insanely and is absolutely some of the most expensive in the world. Can you please explain to me why your business model is "protect @Rogers and @Bell from competition and force Canadians to settle for subpar services at high cost" ?

  • Tgtabarnak Brendawise (@Tgtabarnak) reported

@Bell_Support Bell, fix your **** please. I can't get decent internet on my phone, disconnects every 30 seconds. I'm gonna switch

  • mytutoringspace Together Academics with Ali (@mytutoringspace) reported

@Bell_Support could you please clarify for many-is the Government mandated lower income pricing for basic wifi still in effect and how do people access such pricing and service in Ontario-there is confusion from Bell reps-but too many are still without basic service!

  • MgniM The Canadian (@MgniM) reported

@Bell_Support I called. They were unable to help. Bell takes care of new customers much better than they take care of loyal, decades-long, customers. Reel them in. Raise the rates! Very disappointing.

  • MgniM The Canadian (@MgniM) reported

@Bell_Support Before I go through all that, can you just not simply answer what the problem is? If not, I’ll have to call as I don’t send personal info on here.
