So yesterday afternoon our internet died. Contacted @TekSavvyCSR & called tech support. No dice, passed onto @Bell_Support and now we wait... In the meantime stepfather blames me for it. That my constantly using it they cut us off. Ugh 😒

yo @Bell_Support I have no idea what is going on with y'all or if there's another issues, but It's the most annoying thing when your router turns off for no reason. My family pays at least 90$ a month for your Internet and it's so unreliable.
