first, your technicians cut my internet to install someone else’s AGAIN. then, your rep somehow scheduled a tech for a time in the past so they OBVIOUSLY never showed. and now, ive spent 1hr and 3 mins on hold only to be hung up on. i’ll be cancelling my internet @Bell @Virgin

@Bell why is it so hard to stay a customer with you guys vs leaving. When I leave I get a offer for a better plan. I’m paying $80 and your best deal was $90 make it make sense.

@Bell @digikey @opg We are missing a delay timing circuit on the network. It should be somewhere in qualcomm and looks like an amplifier that tries to differentiate which signal to amplify, TV or real video etc.

@Bell @Bell_LetsTalk I'd love to talk to one of your support personnel. This is the second time this week trying to talk to a real person. This time I waited a full 60 minutes and then hung up. Your phone lines aren't "unusually busy now", they always are. Hire more staff.

@Bell Why only offer favourable pricing to new customers instead of rewarding 25 years of loyalty? Why is the rate offered through your Exclusive Partner Program more than I am currently paying? This is how you lose customers. Terrible business model.

Funny @Rogers runs most of Canadas telecom services, they CONTROL phone services but yet they can’t even operate their call centre officially. How can you service a whole country when you can’t service a call centre. This goes for @Bell and @TELUS too!! #canada #telecom #Rogers
