@Bell @Bell_Support why do you wait until a customer cancels to offer us the deal we wanted in the beginning? We switched our internet and 3 phones over to a competitor when you could have just kept us in the beginning if you offered us the same deal. #terrible

@Bell_Support I appreciate it TJ, but we’ve been on the phone for 30 minutes and no one can explain why out internet is down. We signed on with you two days ago and this is happening. We’re terminating our services and going back to our old provider.

@Bell_Support What’s the point in reaching out. I’m out money while your company “looses” the conversations between an employee and customer and I don’t get my complete security deposit back because of it. On top your same company harasses me daily because of a bill I can’t pay till I get paid
