Anyone else beyond frustrated with @bell lack of customer care and service. I have been trying to get internet connected at the lake since late June. Many many hours on the phone with many agents. Some who promise to call back and I get nothing.

Does @Bell really record their calls for quality assurance? So, what's their response to a business customer being on hold for 34 minutes then transferred to the wrong department then disconnected? Who's assuring quality? 🤔

Really sick and tired of @Bell throttling my internet connection. #Bell knows it can't compete with smaller, better companies like @TekSavvyBuzz so Bell resorts to crappy business practices hoping that people will switch. @Bell you're an awful company. I'll never switch.
