@Bell_Support @Bell Customers in the Toronto 27 area, along Horner and Kipling have been without internet for almost 9 hrs. Emails have been sent to customers stating service to be returned by 9:00 - still NO internet.

My internet is not working. Called the 24/7 support line for @Execulink and am told there is over a 60 minute wait due to staff shortages. Hmm, bet I could get support quicker with @Bell_Support

@Bell I'll be calling tomorrow to cancel some channels. All these channels I ordered say that they're playing the @CanadiensMTL game but when I order to watch, the game is region locked. What a joke. I'll be expecting a full refund!

@loribolender @Bell_Support @Bell We didn’t even get to see that. Even though Bell Customer Support tweeted that the issue was resolved we continued to get the black out error message for the rest of the game. Got the same message for the Buffalo game.

@Bell_Support worst service i have seen in my life. $80 for a service that does not work properly! how can i have so many lost connection?? I am told every time that I have nothing and that everything is configured correctly. we'll go see Videotron maybe the service is better

@Bell_Support your service is trash, internet down since 12pm in etobicoke outage site said would be resolved by 8:49pm i work from home and couldnt log in for my job was told i wouldnt be paid for the missed time, 5 hours now

So dear Canadian colleagues and friends, if you are planning to switch networks, avoid @Bell. Never ever experience what I just had with this company.
