  @Bell you have horrible customer service. NEW install sched. from 12-5 today. Waited all day, called into customer service at 3 pm told it was still on track. Called in at 4:45 and was told still on track. Stayed on line with CSR and was told resched. to Oct19 becuz NO tech avail

  @Bell I feel it's important to teach the sales team between Megabyte(MB) and Megabit(Mb). Just got off phone with Sales insisting I'm getting 500 Megabytes/s (not bits). This was my the official verbal confirmation for my plan. Otherwise excited to trying out your service! :)

  @Bell_Support Cool fact. Now it's not maintenance...it's an OUTAGE and service MAY be back up by tomorrow at 11am. More than 24 hrs after it went down. Well done @Bell @Bell_Support

  @Bell_Support @Hazelxo6 There is an outage at Jane and Finch (Toronto) it has been a whole day, I called in the morning and I was told there was an outage. I can see the Bell truck here too. Can we at least get the extra data we get when this happens?
