Paul (@Zeps8314) reportedI want to listen to the commentary team break down the game during Hydration Breaks with live footage continuing instead of ads please, these ads are disingenuous and not in the spirit of the game @bell @TSN_Sports #FifaWorldCup

Bruno Corrêa (@bcorrea10) reported@Bell Just astoundingly horrible service.
-
Therese (@theresemacdona6) reported@Bell On phone now. On hold of course!! Talk about stress. Unbelievable. A huge company like Bell to mean to treat its customers properly and send out someone to install!
-
EyeNeedDoze (@son_dean) reported@bell That was the strangest customer service experience I’ve ever had and I’m not confident in what I was instructed to do. This is the second time I have a weird experience with your cs. I appreciate the attempt but I can’t shop with you any more.
-
Ian Clarke (@IanClarke_ca) reported@Bell Please check the ticket and see what height the tech put the line in as off the ground. I’m betting he put in the other line ABOVE this one in as needing to be fixed as he was adamant that this low hanging one was not a bell line. If it’s not down as approx 6ft it’s incorrect.

Daberechi. 🟡 (@Kollerkunzultz) reported@Highteaspeaks @chiebvka @Bell don't do it, the service leaves when you leave Toronto
-
Sherry Rezaie, MD (@shaghayegh755) reported@Bell 24-hour update: @Bell still hasn’t managed to fully cancel my service. After multiple conversations and repeated assurances, I’m now being told it’s only partially cancelled. This is unbelievably frustrating. I genuinely don’t understand how a simple cancellation can be this difficult. Signing up took 5 minutes; cancelling has taken 24 hours and still isn’t resolved. Do better, @Bell. #BellCanada #CustomerServiceFail

Ayodeji Prime (@Djaymania) reported@Highteaspeaks @Bell Koodo is under Telus. Telus, Rogers and Bell are the 3 big players. I use Telus, wife uses Koodo. No issues over the last 18 months
-
MiracleofMilk (@MiracleofMilk) reported@Bell you guys have the worst service ever have had a downed telephone pole in our yard for over two months and I contacted you two months ago and four times since then and you guys say you will take care of it and you send someone every time and it’s still not replaced
