4. Are you listening @Bell_Support I call yesterday to get vm taken off and static fixed. I’m told by tomorrow morning both will be done. I call the number with the vm and they have cancelled the line. My business line of 28 years now says this number is not in service

@Bell you cancelled our home phone line when you were only to cancel a fax line. You lost our answering machine message that we have had for 15 years that was our sons voice. If I could cancel everything we have with you I would. You have once again disappointed a customer.
