@Bell_Support A lot of people don't want app crap on their TV's and do not have cell phones. Just give us what we are paying for or give us back the money and we will move on.

@Bell_Support I called to get assistance as one of the cable boxes is not working and the rest are and you disconnect the call after an automated message! Is this how you treat your customers? My issue is NOT related to the service outage but the cable box itself. Please help

Oh the irony. I had a young woman from @rogers come to my door, offering me a VERY good deal if I switched from @bell. I declined. And then the (ongoing) Bell Fibe outage happened & @Bell_Support hasn’t been helpful at all. Coincidence? I think not. #BellFibe #bell

You wasted an enormous amount of people’s time - myself included b/c you don’t communicate
