Hi @Bell_Support (2/2) - Heard horror stories about how Bell contractors run the fiber to the home and don't want to have the contractor at my door w/o knowing for sure what will be done w/o damage to lawn and trees. Please clarify, if needed will have to cancel order

@Bell Your 1.5 "Gigabit" offering doesn't even hit 200 MBPS on most days. It's not my devices either. Waiting for a new Modem but I have a feeling your gigabit service is a marketing ploy. If I continue to get sub 200 MBPS connections on my speed test I'm done. @fido @Rogers

"Hey Bell, someone stole my id and opened a phone line." @Bell: "Ok, here's a $600 fee to close the account. We'll mail it to the fake address we have on file, you'll never get it, and then we'll ruin your credit. Thanks for doing business!"

@laurenonline Not only that @Bell & other providers somehow found an infrastructure excuse to charge $5 more a month for the same less than optimal service & the @CRTCeng allowed the increase to happen! I don't mind paying more but make it work well & give us the service we are paying for!

@Bell_Support Dear bell Canada, can you tell me how I have a $400 overage change on my cellphone when you app says I’ve only used 9Gig of data over my limit? Dear Telus, you’ve got a new customer for four different devices. This is criminal. @TELUS
