    @Clyde_1957 @Bell_Support As a bell customer for many (too many) years, I’ve leaned this is not an issue at my end. Understand Bell expects it to be up and running in the next hour so. And yes - message should change so new customers don’t go messing with their passwords.

    @Bell_Support @Bell The problem's been going on for over 3 hours.....a progress report and expected ETA fr completion would be appreciated.....

    An hour and a half on hold with @Bell to find out why my tv isn’t working, only to be advised that this was a planned maintenance and it would be back tomorrow. If it was planned, why weren’t we advised? If I’m losing a full day of service I expect compensation.
