    @Bell_Support Yes, we’ve tried that multiple times. I spoke with the chat support earlier and their suggestion was to follow the Twitter account for updates.

    @Bell why can I nit get a straight answer from an agent..12 calls 7 hrs total. zero results.Time to switch providers.Useless and horrible service. Promises made but never given. Deplorable service. 12 year customer now going elsewhere.
