    @Bell_Support Part 16. Acct holder on phone 4 80 min. Got to resolution etc. Then call got disconnected while on phone. No one has called back. They have r details. It’s been 4 hrs. U would think a telephone company wld know how to call us back. We can’t call that number back. Very upsetting.

    @Bell_Support absolutely terrible customer service!!!! 30 yr customer, fed up!! Wasted hours on the phone with untrained staff just to get info on fibe. Wanting to get a promotion like a new customer before trying Rogers

    This is a horrible way to treat your customer of 32+ years. We have 9 phone lines, 4 cell phone and 3 internet connections. @bell @Bell_Support step up. Do your job so we can do ours.

    @Bell U only provided road blocks & not solutions. I asked u to reach out to my husband directly but u said he needs to call customer service which has been the problem we’re trying to avoid. No. I asked 4 a diff # 4 him to call instead of generic customer service, but no 2 that too.

    @Lenageeh @Bell_Support FYI, I had cogeco once before. Never had any issues. Customer service was solid. Definitely have a look into them.

    @Bell we have logged approx 10 hours on the phone with you this week; have email confirmation of a ticket number for service which is not recorded anywhere at Bell & having wifi disconnected twice with no one knowing why. Do u provide credit or compensation for my time on this?
