@Bell_Support any updates on the outage in K0H 2N0 area? Lost phone and internet during the night. Placed ticket and got call back that it was a larger scale outage.

  • mr_hultin srnt (@mr_hultin) reported

@ElRicardoTV @Slootbag @Bell_Support I too had some of my best times in a queue, diffrent support levels, having to take time off work to let a tech in. They tried to invoice us, turns out the fibre from my buildings mainswitch to my unit had snagged on their own equipment. Felt good at the end but so much time man

@Bell_Support Any ETA for phone’s signal in Laval, Quebec? Phone signal’s been struggling since the outtage but mostly in my sector, if you move 10-15 min away the signal is fine

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile why is no one talking about your major service outage in Montreal? What are you planning to do for your clients? We've been out of power for 46 hours and fido has been down since Wednesday. Even now LTE access has been shotty at best. Thank god for @Bell wifi...

  • DjaMon777 DjaMon💫 (@DjaMon777) reported

@Bell_Support Bell sent someone today (24 hrs after they were notified) and the tech said the repair was beyond his ability (or his desire to work) and that service will likely be restored by Monday. More than a dozen customers are affected and will go without service for about 100 hours!

  • IMFROMCANADAEH THESPORTSGUY (@IMFROMCANADAEH) reported

@Videotron A customer for very, very long time. I left @Bell a long time ago after poor customer service. I can’t believe I am looking into pricing on their site tonight. Guess Fibe is the way to go.

@pjug641 @Slootbag @Bell_Support I've seen a streamer try starlink. Doesn't work, because every satelite-switch lagged out the stream badly
