    So much for calling through the “loyalty” dept at @bell #bellcanada #bellinternet worse customer service and a very cold interaction with Raymond. Time to look for a new provider.

    Got new @Bell internet 2 weeks ago and it is not working properly since. 1 port keeps failing. Getting half speed they promised. sure they will charge me full. Not sure which one is worse having issues every day or switch Rogers and have issue one full day with everyone else.

    @bell is absolutely the worst service in Canada. Ignorant people hanging up when asked a simple question. No one has accurate information to get problems solved. Ridiculous and pathetic.

    @bell @Bell_Support Day 3 without internet nobody called or showed up yesterday. Bell sucks. Zero empathy even when they clearly made a mistake on the install and nobody seems to care. 😡🤬
