-
Stephanie (@Girlstar28) reportedIn 2022 @Bell thinks it’s okay for a customer to be out of all services, internet/phone/TV for 5 days before they can repair their own broken cable. Utterly ridiculous and I do not recommend #consumerSOS #toronto #canada

hockeynut (@snowmanonfire) reported@Bell Your internet is 10 MB that’s megabytes wtf even bother? 10 Mb while the other guys 1.5 Terabytes. How many megabytes in a terabytes you might ask? 1000000 mb = to 1 terabyte again why even bother in my area 15 years fibe is coming it never cane!

Ashley F (@Almightygoogly) reported@canuck425 @Bell Also been having trouble lately. Have gone years with great connection and speed with Fibe, but now the internet drops constantly.
-
bob beddow (@bobbeddowcomic) reported@Bell You guys are so #sneaky I paid my account in full and canceled it in February. Today you sent me a bill for $62. When I access by phone, I'm told my balance is $0. Just trying to #scam me? It's this kind of #crap that made me change carriers.
-
Zade (@baklavazaddy) reportedExtremely disappointed with how @Bell customer service agents treat loyal customers.
-
L. Meyers (@Lew_SE_) reported@Bell maybe my “small business account” isn’t enough for you to want to pay attention to. I mean when you tell a customer to wait until the summer with no real solution it makes me wonder how new customers get fibe or are existing customers not enough?
-
Karan Sood (@karansood) reported@Bell is your service down in m8w postal code ?
-
L. Meyers (@Lew_SE_) reportedHey @Bell I was wondering, for me to actually get fibe installed at my new location so my business can run, do I need to be bigger and maybe you will pay attention to me or is your only solution having someone tell me I have to wait until May or June to have internet?
-
Tristan Gough (@tristangough) reported@Bell’s new voicemail MMS service sends you a text with an audio recording when you get a VM, so you can listen to it there instead of in the phone app. But you can’t delete it from there. It’s basically just another place on your phone where you need to get rid of a red dot.

Eric (@canuck425) reported@Almightygoogly @Bell My favourite is that they will help speed up wifi if you speed even more money for extra equipment to make there internet work right. How is this legal?
