Does anyone have a better option for Internet, phone, and cable TV than @Videotron or @Bell? Both exorbitant for Internet. Videotron basic TV sucks. (except for 2 or 3 channels)

@Bell_Support I’ve been on hold for over an hour, subjected to the worst music I’ve ever heard. I’m a new customer and didn’t appreciate my bill going from $90 to $130 with no change to service or warning about an increase after 2 months of service. Very upset. What the heck.

@Bell I’ve been on hold with customer service for over an hour. After 2 months of being a customer, Bell increased the cost of my internet from $90 to $130 with no warning or explanation. I am getting sick of hearing that my call is important to you, because clearly it’s not.

I would love to have 1 good experience with @UPS_Canada. Once again I have a packaged delivered from @Bell by UPS, and once again there is a delivery issue. Calling them is just automated verbal diarrhea of menus, when you find it its only to get disconnected after 20 minutes.
