@Bell_Support I have been trying to get you to resolve an issue with my father’s cell phone account since June 29. When are you finally going to resolve it? It is unconscionable that he cannot access his monthly statements. Nothing like taking advantage of seniors.

  • realgeofflyons Geoff Lyons (@realgeofflyons) reported

@Bell_Support drove 3 hours to wait around marina for 8 hours to have your high speed tech dump job at last minute. New order, new revenue, increased existing subscriber spend. Take a guess whose service will be installed instead?

  • EdBoutilier Ed Boutilier (@EdBoutilier) reported from Muskoka Lakes, Ontario

@Bell trying to transfer tel service for my dying father from his residence to a long term care facility. POA sent over a week ago and again yesterday. He is in critical care and needs his phone to connect with family. Why do I have to be contacted by your law dept? #terrible

@Bell thats great but will you still support the Montreal Canadiens after drafting Mailloux who was convicted in Sweden of victimizing a woman? People want to know who would support such an organization so they know who not to patronize

@Bell #letstalk about how the hoops you make customers jump through to cancel part of their service gets them shopping for replacements to the rest of your services, shall we?

@p8r8s @Bell_Support @Bell And me. Thanks so much for letting me know. The promised alert from Bell never arrived. And it turns out I didn't need to reset the router after all. Go figure.

@DWPippy @Bell I had a similar issue with @DIRECTV in 2015 when they inappropriately charged my bank account $1,500 for their equipment that WAS returned. YES, they WRONGLY TOOK $1,500 out of my checking account causing my account to be overdrawn! 4 yrs & a small claims lawsuit later…

@sam1026_ @vote4robgill The problem I am having with all my complaints is @bell is claiming I was not a federal employee. And until that is resolved it makes filing complaints in the right jurisdiction difficult.
