@Bell_Support Horrible customer service! Placed an order on 19th Nov 2020, paid $400 as security deposit but the new SIM cards NEVER arrived. Now trying to cancel order but not successful in that either! Horrible Experience!

I am so fed up with @Bell's terrible service that they are doing nothing to fix. I've been one of their customers for as long as I can remember and their service has degraded in performance year over year. The only option we did have was their DSL server where we got only 1.5Mbps
