  @Bell your tech technician pulled off my connection to set up a new service for my neighbour. Now you asking me to wait for 2 days as you cannot get another tech to fix my service. This is seriously unprofessional and disappointing from @Bell

  @Bell_Support why do I have a 1.7mbs download speed with 130+ ping to a server 120km away? It's been like this for days now. Who can help me and no I don't need to be told to reset the router that's been done a hundred times.

  @Bell_Support internet down since midnight, no updates since 1am, called support and they say internet could be down for up to 48 hours? If your outage in downtown Toronto is that bad, maybe you should actually provide updates.

  @hopplajunge @Rogers @Bell Try to call and cancel, good luck! As you move on and forget about it because you can’t get through they will automatically send you to a collections agency. It’s mind blowing how horrific their service is.
