Hey @Bell @Bell_Support Please get your **** together. I called MONDAY to get the delivery address for my new phone fixed after one of your employees messed it up and then we find out today that the investigation to get it fixed was never even submitted? This is not okay.

@Bell_Support system reports no outages in my area, but tech on the phone said it looks like there probably is, and might need to wait 48 hours for resolution? Would appreciate some more accurate insight and support options, including unlimited and non-throttled cell tethering

I have a long memory when it comes to corporations' policies or how they treat me. I will never buy from @bell, @petrocanada, Esso, and now @Tesla.

@Bell I’m paying over $300 a month for internet/phone/tv. Just called to cancel upon realizing there is better offerings in the marketplace. The loyalty group at bell offered me a $93/month reduction. So we’ve been overpaying by that amount for who knows how long.
