    @Bell_Support Twice. We reboot 5 times or so a week to keep things running smoothly (ridiculous). This service is causing us major issues.

    @Bell Iโ€™m not going to DM you. Iโ€™m a preferred Bell client and Iโ€™m supposed to have 24/7 support. Iโ€™ve wasted more than an hour trying to talk to you. Iโ€™ll just go with Vidรฉotron or Rogers.

    @Reil76 @Bell SHAW/Rogers? I have one of those round WIFI pods that mesh with the main modem/router/WIFI network too. Going to be changing that all up this month though.

    @Bell Your loyalty team is brutal You dont care about customers or excellent customer service They hung up on me after giving me the insulting offer and no call back Funny you dont want to help me out now after 6 hours on the phone, and when I leave you will call daily for a month
