@Bell Dont make an order through Phone!!! They are entirely useless. They claim to mail a SIM, never do. Tell you to go to Bell Store for card, store fights with phone people and you end up having to pay out of pocket for sim cards, then they tell you your high risk as you try to...

@jodyvance @MauriceIRyton @Bell_Support I had an Amazon scammer call about 20 times and when I asked them to pull up my account, the woman said to me, and I quote, "Are you stupid, can't you see your account yourself?" and then hung up...sounded legit up until that point.

@Bell_Support Appreciate you reaching out! The info requested will be provided. The issue needs to be resolved at once & not over 5 calls. I’ve spoken to three agents about the service/changes and have dedicated over 4 hours of effort to add new services to my account.

@Bell_Support your technicians really should be masked. It's negligence not to even have one on on them when the customer opens the door masked.

@Bell activate said SIM cards. Even after doing everything properly and as asked, they then tell you your order has expired because they never did their jobs for so long! DO NOT switch to them unless you have to! Customer service is childish at best.
