@bell I’ve been without services home internet and tv (Fibe) since Wed…I can’t understand why there isn’t a mobile hotspot device that can be provided to me while your company resolves your issue! I was told that my services will be up at 9pm today but the new eta is tmr at 5pm

Anyone still with @Bell ? OMFG...that means words I cannot type in a tweet.... They are the FN worst. F means a swear....N is a bit of punctuation. But they're so focused on FN customer service that they cannot decode it

@Bell_Support having an outage on Leslie and ******, North York, Toronto. Saw a car crash right into the Bell internet box. Can anyone confirm if this outage is acknowledged? Thank you
