@modernfarmer @Bell @Mornington1919 I spent over 2 hours with bell trying to get internet fixed. Last call they just up sold us on new internet. Today that won't work. Nothing like wasting part of a day saying I need a tech out just for them to tell me I need one an hour later.... terrible service

@Bell how can you leave an 87+ yr old couple without phone service until Tuesday. This has been an ongoing issue that they've reported several times. These wonderful people do not have cell phones, that is why they pay for home line service. @CBCNS @CBC

I would give 9/10 starts for Rogers and Fido customer services. But Bell customer service deserves 1/10 on social media. @FidoSolutions @RogersHelps @Bell_Support
