@Bell_Support check your phone lines/system I keep getting dropped calls with your agents. Really frustrating when I'm trying to resolve my slow internet speeds. I have had to call 6 times as of 9:15AM

@Bell why has my service been down for the past 7+hours in downtown Toronto ?

Hi @Bell_Support :) At our location it says that the highest speed package is 25 mbps. But after we got it, the second and third months it ran at 200 mbps. (That was awesome, btw) But then it went back down to 25. 🥲 Did we just have access to the whole community speed then?

@Bell With the number of spam and scam calls, will you ever solve the problem? You could easily develop a "white list" so that we can approve who we receive calls from. Why do you not do this?

@slyyy @Bell Bell loves to talk about how great they are and how much they love solving problems but all they are good at is talking the talk but not walking the walk. Bell pays people in the Philippines less than $1 per hour to waste our time

Never in my life have I had worse customer service than with @RBC, and I deal with @Bell. I'm not sure that an institution that has all my money can tell me via robot that my inquiry is not important when they don't know what my inquiry is.

@MattBarnaby3636 @Bell I agree they had me wait at home for a technician with a 5 hour window and they never showed up. Sad to see a once great Canadian company go down the toilet.

Home internet is down since last evening. Likely won’t be up for another 24 hours I’m told. Really @Bell_Support ?! A lot of people rely on home internet for work nowadays.
