    @Bell crappy service … I had asked for an upgrade on my internet service at home . Technician will come in 2 days to effect the upgrade . Was told by the contact center that home internet will be down till then as upgrade process was initiated !! Wonderful

    Stealing neighbour's internet because @TekSavvyCSR is down at my shop. It looks like @Bell isn't playing nice again with third party providers.

    @Bell_Support I am going to look around for the package that can work for my household in a day or two. I will call @Bell to cancel my service when I figure it out. I have Bell cell phone and can use data but kids have no choice for their school work but rely on Bell's horrible Wi-Fi 😢

    @Bell_Support was with @rogers all my life, switched over to Bell a few months ago and there's been non-stop issues. Can't get a single bill correct. Just had an incredibly rude Bell agent on the phone. Going to switch back to Rogers

    @Bell Can I get the number to canadian call center? I keep getting Phillipines call centers. Nothing against the foreign call centers but they are very by the book and don't care about customers service l, they just care about following script/orders.

    @Bell_Support spoke to burried wire service - told installation is done but it’s not done, they lied and suppose to be done before 2nd nov but now 5th Dec, seriously??#worstcustomerservice #customerexperience

    Forever waiting for @TSN_Sports / @Bell to fix their damn app and make an Android TV app already. What a great day to watch a poorly casted western final when I can watch the Baltimore game in a crispy stream 🙃

    @diana_murphy613 I was an @Bell customer for 52 years. FINALLY, got tired of ‘little’ increases every month. Then, small ‘loyalty’ discount - then increases and so on! I am paying almost $70 less a month and getting great internet, TV + I have a landline.

    @Bell_Support I have been with technician on call for 4 hrs . They even made me go to a service station to exchange the modem. What a waste of weekend
