    20+ hours of time spent on the phone with @Bell_Support in the last 3+ weeks with no resolution. At what point do i switch providers? Was told I would get a call back this evening and did not (2nd time this has happened in 2 weeks might I add).

Bell mobility never got to unionize it made an attempt in 2010 & it didn't go well for employees as they were intimidated by management it was public record but disappeared few yrs ago so cant share link unfortunately.     @bell @richardbranson I have spent many days and many hours at Virgin trying to fix a cell phone issue, I have spoken to retail support, supervisors at Virgin, store associates, I am at my wits end!!! Can someone please help me!!!!!
