@Bell_Support is there any problem with calling? Specifically, can non-Bell users connect with Bell-numbers at this time?

  • trudymorgancole Trudy Morgan-Cole (@trudymorgancole) reported

@rollwithheather @Bell I hate that Bell makes you go through this dumb “customer loyalty/retention” dance to give you rates they were obviously willing to give you anyway!! Such a ridiculous system.

  • trevk trevk (@trevk) reported

@Bell_Support This morning it seems ok, but it cut out a few times yesterday and around 12:00 midnight for a bit.

  • bi99ietallz Micheal (@bi99ietallz) reported

.@Bell is really out here in the middle of a pandemic increasing people's monthly costs while not improving any of the services. This is the second time in a year that it's happened. An extra $11/month for the exact same service. What an absolute garbage company. #BellSucks

  • murakamiwood keep your electric eye on me (@murakamiwood) reported

I'm back online, after several fruitless phone calls, cancelling the service upgrade from @Bell, and then several more phone calls, eventually resulting in the restoration of our previous crap service. The agents I talked to were generally nice people - shame about the company.

  • Shagans88 Shawn Hagans (@Shagans88) reported

@Rogers Wanted to upgrade internet. Hooked up modem fine, then told there's a problem that they'd fix in 24hrs. 24hrs later called back. Nothing was done and then told to wait another 24-48 hours for fix. It's now over 48 hours more and no fix. #done #cancelled time for @Bell

  • rollwithheather Heather J Wood (@rollwithheather) reported

And the worst thing is - one has to it everyone year or @bell will just raise my rates & lower my service level without telling me. The call centre person was like "wow, you're paying $105 a month for just #Fibe50?"
