@Bell_Support I have. We have the same crap equipment we have paid rent on for over 13 years. When we call for replacements, told we will be paying way more then we are (currently over $300 a month!!) our remotes are barely working. Rented. Why do I have to pay more for replacement??

@Bell @Bell_Support forcing customers off copper wire to upgrade to current Fibe internet. Copper wire is only reliable option during a power outage. Home phone, 911 & medical monitoring/home security won't work unless you purchase a backup battery. $ is the only reason for this

If you’re considering switching your internet provider, DON’T switch to @Bell. My area has had an Internet outage for FOUR consecutive days.@Bell_Support has no idea what’s going on. I’ve already missed two days of work and at this rate who knows if we’ll have Internet on Monday
