Justin S (@thej_schro) reported@POW2112 @CraveCanada @Bell BBUS moving homes was inevitable. There’s no way another network was going to allow a popular franchise like BB to go un-monitized in Canada. That said I’m glad the deal also includes BBCAN.
-
Oluwapelumi (@MPDansu) reported@Shelby2628 @Highteaspeaks @Bell They just called me randomly late last year. First thought it was a scam call, later discovered it was Fido My wife who is a current customer called to change to my plan but they said it's just for customers that left

Curt Corbett (@TheCWade) reported@Bell @UnknownLegendEF Seriously for a communications company the app’s you guys roll out are garbage. Old app freezes all the time - new app is barely functional. Nothing works - Illegal streams are more reliable.
-
Scott Tod (@ChiefTod) reported@Bell why does it take 3 hrs at a phone store to get a new phone. Stop treating customers as a burden and phone purchase /migration as a complex issue. I can buy a phone in any other country in 15mins.

In any case, I’m sure you’re familiar with working from order numbers, so please use the order number above to look into this issue. Thank you.

Christopher Butt (@gotnewf2291) reported@Bell @Bell_Support It's sad when you sign up to start a service and the technician comes to install my internet but can't. Claims he needs to access the neighbors yard and says the gate is locked but it isn't. Wasted my time, I guess I'll send the equipment back. #failure

Sam Pitaro (@sammypits) reported@Bell_Support Error by Bell technician completely severed by business fibre line 4 days ago. I am losing revenue and cannot operate my law firm. Help urgently needed.

Demeter (@Lexikonin) reportedCalled @Bell to upgrade my Mobility plan from the $35 plan to the $85 Ultra Plan. I was told as a loyal customer I would have to pay $105. The advertised $85 rate is only available to new customers. How does this make any sense?

Rocco Signorile (@imthedarkknight) reported@RogersHelps Yes and the transfer fee of $80 is completely RIDICULOUS! How would I know if they did it by mistake. I CLEARLY asked him AND my son as well. He responded on more than one occasion “ YES NO PROBLEM” Yet he did. So he is now a @Bell customer & will be joining him. “Sorry 2cu go”
