@Bell Hey Bell? How many times a day do I have no service or dropped calls?? 10X 20X or 30X -give you a clue it starts with Thir.. you're highway robbery and to get a new phone fixed that froze due to your update I have to pay over 900 your rep told me? White Collar Crime= Bell

@Bell_Support I connected the Bell hub to a new TV. The TV downloaded an update but now there is no connection. No cable and no Netflix, etc. Other devices can connect to the wifi but no internet signal. Already rebooted the router a couple times. Suggestions?

@bell_support And now they "think" my tech might be 4 hours late but they can't confirm. This is after 4 people (including 2 supervisors) told me it was impossible to know the time. I guess @Bell_Aliant considers missing an appt and making me wait all day good customer service

@Bell_Support It's a general issue, not account specific. You charge 5$ per month to print and mail past bills before June 2019.... No email option for this dinosaur, just a typical inconvenient money grab
