They have to reschedule due to being too late in the day after literally 3 hours of back in forth on the phone. Conclusion: cancel @bell even b4 it started

Not "stay on hold" or "we're going to call you back" which is the nice new thing companies with real customer service do. Just "we're busy. Call back later." Shane Belter (@ShaneBelter) reported@Bell satellite is the MOST uselesssssss company in the world. We have not had TV for 6 WEEKS.....I have talked to no less than 15 customer service people and to date have had zero help. Avoid Bell at all costs what a Joke of a company.
