@Bell_Support It's a general issue, not account specific. You charge 5$ per month to print and mail past bills before June 2019.... No email option for this dinosaur, just a typical inconvenient money grab

@Bell_Support If you wish to address this, stop sending sales people door to door engaging in high pressure sales tactics. I have nothing but empathy for the sales person. He was put into a bad situation by The Corporation. We are heading into a month long lock down courtesy of Bad behaviour

@Bell_Support I connected the Bell hub to a new TV. The TV downloaded an update but now there is no connection. No cable and no Netflix, etc. Other devices can connect to the wifi but no internet signal. Already rebooted the router a couple times. Suggestions?

What a joke @Bell_Support is. Refusing to reimburse over $1000 in overage charges but will put a credit my account, or I can cancel and get a cheque in 8 weeks, and resubscribe at a higher monthly rate. Great way of doing business and fixing your mistakes.
