@Bell_Support 3 different home hubs…. New house…. New Netgear Orbi network… STILL loose speed periodically around 9pm- 11pm. This is CLEARLY a Bell problem in the area. I better start switch my email contacts over so I can switch ISPs. Enough is Enough.

I want to help fight against these communications monopolies but it’s hard when you deal with rude CSR and apparently cruddy internet

@bell all you guys do is run people around on the phone and give them no answers !!! This is the second day I’m still waiting for my problem to be resolved. There should be no reason I have issues with my internet and yet it’s like mission impossible to fix it. Ridiculous

@Bell super disappointed in TERRIBLE service from loyalty dept when a technicien called while at our home!!!! He called back and she hung up on him! Crazy wonderful technicien- ONLY reason we’re still with Bell tonight is him! #fixit
