@Oldtimers365 Very real ... Experienced it first hand. Happened to be in the driveway when @Bell was neighborhood door knocking & almost went right by me until I asked him .... what's the deal ... told me the deal and said could not offer it to you because already a Bell customer!

@MeaneyJim @Bell Bell sucks at customer service. They see it as a cost to be constrained rather than a cheap way to retain customers and avoid having to attract new ones.

@Bell do you REALLY think the cost savings of moving your service to MANILA is worth the excruciatingly AWFUL and PAINFULLY bad service your customers receive? You have to be kidding me. There’s NO words to explain the level of incompetence I’m going thru. None.

I’d really love to know why my @Bell network has been complete *** for data lately. Like I switched to bell so I had reliable service and service outside of the city, and the last few weeks it’s been complete *** horrible.😭😭😭

@MeaneyJim @Bell Not sure if it’s the same with Bell, but Rogers can do a lot of customer support over Twitter so you don’t have to stay on the phone.
