@Bell_Support DO NOT REBOOT your systems. I wasn't able to access my PVR recording, but I had live feed on all channel. After rebooting, I'm now stock on the Bell Fibe blue screen. This is bad software if a remote problem prevent us to access content on our PVR local drive.

@Bell_Support I have 5 TV boxes and none work. The app on amazon stick works. Bell cant fix their own box. Whats the deal???????

@hewett_michael @Bell_Support They've acknowledged the outage and of course they're working to solve it as quickly as possible. 🙄Commenters on outage sites are grumbling support isn't answering, so you aren't alone there.

@lissa_who @Bell_Support Can't believe they havent updated website to show system problem. Maybe they do not even have access to updating that page. App was working for watching live tv but not PVR

@Bell_Support No communication or explanation and when try to call they say the can't answer and hang up. Not happy. Bell better compensate us. This is US on tonight and it's the second last episode.
