    @Bell Top of my wish would be for @Bell to stop screwing up with customers. You ported my number a week after I called to cancel the port, and now I owe @FreedomMobile almost $1000! To make things worse, I'm paying more each month!

    @Bell girl ive been TRYING to upgrade my phone for three days but the site keeps crashing and the customer service lady on the phone said she 'guaranteed' my order would go through in 48 hours and it still won't :(

    @Bell unacceptable!! No internet for 4 hrs so far. I demand a refund for internet and Fibe TV. And no, I don't want to call the philippines to speak to cust. Service!!
