I can’t wrap my head around how @bell tells me bc I’m a loyal customer I can have a $100 credit towards a new phone but then my dad calls to see if they could give him a better price to move his phone over to Bell and they give him the same deal....what’s the loyalty benefit?

@rebeccarightnow @Bell There was no note. There’s no way one of the representatives would’ve told me that. The woman was so rude to me on the phone I had to literally tell her to stop being snarky with me. She said they’d have to request the recordings of my calls the week before and I’d have to wait+

@Bell you guys and your Indian call centers are an absolute disgrace. Impossible to get any service. Constantly get hung up on. Impossible to talk to a manager. You made a mistake and won't do anything to solve it. Why do I pay you $400monthly???

@Bell Starlink is ordered and I am awaiting delivery!! I cannot decide though, about what I am more excited about. Setting it up and having double or almost triple the download and upload speeds. Or calling you for the last time to cancel my services and telling you to **** off!

@TekSavvyBuzz @CBCNews Hey @Bell_Support Internet service at our cottage is a total disaster too. Can we get some help on Georgian Bay Eastern shore? Cell service is dodgy at best. Few towers, far away and too many cell phones.

@TekSavvyBuzz @CBCNews Hey @Bell you only provide 5MB service for $70+ to my cottage. You want to upgrade that too? I'm sure Justin will pay for it.

@JSFischerOnt @Bell Starlink is a bit pricey. Starlink hardware, which includes a satellite dish costs $649, and the service is $129 per month. Hopefully the cost will drop in time.
