    @Bell_Support I just spoke with support and they said that there is an outage in my area and they are currently trying to fix it. They estimated it will be fixed by this afternoon. Thanks!

    Hi @bell #BellLetsTalk Between chat and telephone its been over an hour to resolve the billing and service issues I resolved on Oct 26 but were not implemented. I'm drained. Exhausted. Frustrated. Angry. I don't trust this is resolved. I'm afraid. Please stop doing this.

    @rogers your agents shouldn't have to resort to trash-talking your competitors either. if that's all you have, how are you the superior service? signing up with @bell was easy and their reps didn't once disparage your services. be better. #rogers

    @Bell_Support Absolutely not. Your representative had his chance yesterday and tried to coerce me into paying $111 per month with a 3 year contract for a basic landline phone service.

    @Bell_Support having travelled out of country for three weeks had roaming and cellular data turned off my device and Bell charged me for three weeks of cellular data usage. How can this be? Called Bell to have charges removed told it’s just part of my plan. Need resolution

    @Bell_Support Tbh, I don't feel that's necessary, it's a simple general check that you should look at the current channel lineup and then fix the issue. I'm surprised no one has mentioned this before
