@Bell How about some Fiber service in my neighborhood, we all want it but are forced to use Rogers.

  • JameyFinney Jamey Finney (@JameyFinney) reported

@Bell_Support @Headanac Jesus, don’t go with @Bell_Support either!… Go with Virgin Mobile… Way better plans, FAR BETTER customer service and they have the same coverage as Bell!… Virgin Mobile treats you like a customer…

  • MattsCreative1 MattsCreative (@MattsCreative1) reported

@Bell Wifi is so bad huge latency it’sbad

  • MeanMrWolf MstrWolf (@MeanMrWolf) reported

@Bell After the Rogers fiasco, I’d love to change providers but all you offer is DSL. Sorry “Fibe to the neighborhood.” 100mbps service just doesn’t cut it these days.

  • FitzDrum Michael🇺🇦Fitzgibbon (@FitzDrum) reported

What bugs me most about @Rogers meltdown is having no choice but to remain a customer. Not moving mobile to @Bell because I keep mobile/internet with separate carriers precisely for outage events. And @TELUS is useless on int’l service. So I have to put up with Rogers’s crap.🤬

  • basbatein basbatein (@basbatein) reported

@Bell doesn’t virgin use your network? Please coach them on their customer service and billing.

  • AnousBirding Stu Mackenzie (@AnousBirding) reported

@Bell_Support Thanks, they apparently identified and fixed a problem, but 3G is still pretty useless in these parts.

  • k2marks Kristin Marks (@k2marks) reported

@bell are you having any outages? My parents’ internet and fibe tv are not working. Postal code N0E 1K0. We tried rebooting the tv and unplugging the modem but nothing is working. Please help.

@Bell Canada any special cable internet packages to help lure us unhappy @Rogers customers?
