@Bell_Support horrendous service by bell. I just had my bell internet installed 1 hour and not even getting half the promised speed. Called support multiple times and no one is ready to listen. Even got hunged up. Moving back to Rogers next month. Pathetic customer service.

@Withloveamber1 @Bell Is it a router problem for slow streaming services on the tv too? Half the time Netflix and Amazon and other steaming services freeze or take forever to load? Bell continually tells us their modem isn’t strong enough for our house 🤔

@Bell_Support Hi! My internet has been cutting out completely today. This is the third time and it takes a while to fully start. The phone line is thankfully working. There has been any weather issues today, so I don't understand. It has been fine. Do you think it's the router?

@Bell had sub-contractors do work on my street today. They cut service to many on our street by mistake and it’s going to be 36 hours to fix it! Hard to work remotely without any Internet service.

@Bell your customer service is horrendous. I had to speak to 10 different agents before I finally got working internet, not to mention some of them straight-up lied to me. It was also a real pleasure to be hung up on. Hire people who actually give a ****/can do the job.

@Bell_Support was abused by your manager at the toronto eaton centre flagship store. Refused a refund under 1 day of service.. everything was terrible will be doing a charge back vis my CC compamy
