@Bell I have never had such terrible wifi in my house since I had bell hooked up. Now my 4K smart tvs sometimes take a few minutes to connect turning them on… I can be directly next my modem in my house with barely one bar reception

@Bell_Support The problem appears to have been resolved. Forgive the frustration but when I follow the explicit (!) instructions in the e-mail and reply with comments, only to be told that the reply address itself is not valid... Please have better QA on these mailings and the Business Portal.

@Bell_Support and spend three hours on hold with your reps to be told this is by design? no thanks! in your opinion, do you think this service is worth $90? bell has a monopoly on this region, so it's not like people have a choice in other options.

@Bell “Upgraded” my internet and now its complete garbage. I don’t want to call tech support and I don’t want to buy pay for the stupid pods. I’m so annoyed. Everyone I know who had to upgrade has the same issue.

@Bell you really need to make buying a new sim card for an existing customer easier. It would be great if I could avoid having to deal with sleazy salespeople. Thanks

@vikkhanna @Bell @MarriottBonvoy I know, right? How many companies use outbound email to prospect for new business, while not having any customer loyalty nurturing or promotional programs? Then they wonder why their churn is high.

@Bell You're so far behind. People should buy their own mesh systems and avoid the disfunctional junk you've been installing for years. Scam. Or dishing out $100+ to watch endless commercials? Take your crap offerings and stuff them. People have other options these days.
