Hey @Facebook @SamsungMobile @Bell My wife got the new Samsung S21 phone on the weekend. During the transfer of phones, she can't log onto her Facebook account. It says it sends her a code but it never does. She's lost 7 years of pictures. Can anyone help?!?!

@Bell okay help me understand the following. Last week I get a call from bell winback team. They were under then impression that I only have one number. But when I told them that I have 5 number. The person sound much more excited. They offered me $45 plan with 25GB.

@Bell_Support my internet went out and it said error 2000. So I restarted it and now it changed to error 1000 and won’t connect what do I do now. This is happening to often now. I’m tired of dealing with this issue every couple months

@letsgetitbetter @Bell For us women to have safe spaces it requires for employers to take accountability & provide a safe space from harassment at work. Bell has systemic issues that it pretends don't exist & is hard to have change when its hidden from existence even when there is a lot of evidence

@bell Customer service ref. Suggested the fix would be going fiber optic lines. He mentioned that my area is ready according to his system. 3 bell technicians gone by and declared I have no fiber ready in my area!

I am very disappointed in @Bell . Being a first time bell user and travelling, they slammed me with 99$cad for using 9mb data. Being unemployed at this time and in the middle of a pandemic this is very bad service. Being a student this is expensive and upsetting. @rakshitoberoi1

@RogersHelps I am a customer of you guys for everything, mobile, internet, alarm system. Why do you have an independent company calling every second day trying to get me to change my plan. Its stuff like this that is gonna get me to pack up all those plans and move to @bell
