@Bell_Support Here in Beaconsfield, the internet is bouncy up and down. Speedtest has trouble finding a server then it doesn’t. Speeds are good then they are not. Hard to take courses with this problem

@Bell_Support best television service my ***!! In the last 5 months this fibe box has rebooted for no reason more times than a windows pc! Call support and all they do is ask me to unplug the box!!! So essentially rebooting it again!!!

@Bell_Support I’m not a customer. Hence the “why I don’t deal with bell”. Your customer service drove me away many many years ago - it’s sad to see there have been no improvements since that time. I had to assist my mother as the CS worker was useless and causing her anxiety and stress.

@Bell_Support: I never write publicly about these sorts of things, but here we go. I have had my home internet out of service for three days. I work from home. I have had 9 calls (for a total of ~4 hrs) with diff. agents from your team to send out a technician to repair. 1/X
