Switched to @RogersHelps Ignite from @Bell last week. What a mistake! Haven’t had the service a week and somehow Rogers linked my account another customer’s who apparently owes them money. When I call to have it fixed, customer care is terrible. PSA — NEVER LEAVE BELL.

@GKetchum2 @Bell @JustinTrudeau Libs have a history of erroneously trusting large corps to "do the right thing." They all run in the same circles, so it's no surprise that they trust each other. The problem is that corps are motivated by maximizing the bottom line, whereas govt's SHOULD maximize our wellbeing.

If the Feds want to make good internet feasible to all Canadians a good start would be to force @Bell to fix their goddamn lines. Its been in and out for weeks. They came yesterday and FIXED it. 2hrs later no internet. Started working last night. Out again this morning
