Haven’t had the service a week and somehow Rogers linked my account another customer’s who apparently owes them money. When I call to have it fixed, customer care is terrible. PSA — NEVER LEAVE BELL.

We are not the only ones having issues, it’s the whole village. Everyone deserves more than a $10 credit or at least fix it.

Not even an apology. @bell & their shady sales crew / strategies are the worst. I think you got lucky at least they didn’t waste UR time
