AlexTri (@AlexTri333) reported@Bell How are you going to help me if you reject my calls? You have charged me for equipment I returned via Purolator and they confirmed they returned to you. After a week of your robot denying to transfer me to an agent I want to cancel all my services. Maybe I should ask my bank

Sally (@sadforcanadians) reported@Cat4714 @Martyupnorth @Bell Telus is worse. Hubby was paying over $100. Had a special for seniors we could get for US/Mex calling. Down to $45/mo but on phone for over 1 hour. I'm sure call was to india celebrating daliwall in background. Painful

AlexTri (@AlexTri333) reported@Bell @ahmedthemohsin Are you having call centre issues? I have called the preferred service line and the regular line and your AI triage it’s not doing anything and says to call later. How is it that you do not have a support backup? Start respecting clients time!

The Undead Royal Canadian Kilted #Fella (@Whisky_Yak) reported@Reil76 @SnarkusAurelius @Bell My father knew one of the local Bell Computer Engineers and flagged him down as he drove past my parent's place, in order to get an issue resolved that the client service reps and regular field techs couldn't solve. Bell kindly asked him not to do that again.

Tony Reale (@toreal72) reported@bell service is that worst and they’re technicians are even worse
-
JQP (@JohnQPublic100) reported@Rogers I just got hung up on while trying to buy from you. Not "stay on hold" or "we're going to call you back" which is the nice new thing companies with real customer service do. Just "we're busy. Call back later." Must be nice to have that much business. @Bell are you busy?

Sister Denby 🇨🇦💜🇺🇦 (@DenbySister) reported@theresemacdona6 @Bell @Bell_Support Never. Because they get away with it! And IMYHO, since they know they have a monopoly along with Rogers, they will do nothing to fix it.
