Yes @Loblaws is a horrible company. But I just spent almost 2 hours on the phone with @Bell and they are absolutely awful! Don't do business with Bell.

@Bell_Support I called 7 different times, all that to be transfer over and over to different departements that nobody can help me. You need to get your customer service up a noch, this is not acceptable.

@Bell The worst internet I’ve ever had in my life was the 1 month I had Bell. Had the router replaced twice and it was still not working or just barely. Paid for 1GB speed and at most was getting 12MB when it did work. Was awful. Just garbage.

It's ridiculous the outage @Bell in Ajax Ontario, no clear eta. The contact center doesn't even know if there is a technician sent to fix the cable. Great work. Next time, maybe think twice before critizing your competitors.

It’s been more than 3 full days since my internet went down and I still haven’t hear from a @Bell_Support technician. At one point they told me “too bad you don’t have a cellphone with us, we would have given you 50GB of data for your troubles”… 😳 @RogersHelps, your move.
