ÆCH🇨🇦🇫🇮🇳🇱 (@infamousadam13) reported@K38Tweets @Reil76 @Bell This is all the fault of Compaq and HP who started ****** IT support and passed it off like a flu to other tech companies.
-
Lois Roper (@LoisKRoper) reportedIt is shameful that during fire evacuations that the cell service providers cannot provide better service throughout the valley in the safe areas. From Enderby to Cherryville to Okanagan Falls, two bars is not sufficient let family know we are ok. Do better! @Telus @Bell @Rogers

🇺🇦 Fil M 🤖♥️🇨🇦🇲🇽🇮🇹 (@jolie_oiseau77) reported@Reil76 @Bell Are you still on a copper line or have you switched to fibre? If you're still on the copper line they could be ignoring your issue to force the switch to fibre!
-
306 Shane (@NoSacredBeliefs) reportedAs a Saskatchewan resident, I never expected to be contemplating switching to Rogers Wireless. But @Bell, your latest decision to cap the amount of data one can use on hotspot in a month is downright boneheaded and @TELUS is no better (having made the same decision).

Kimberly (@broddy83) reported@Reil76 @Bell They are the worst. Had issues with my fibre receiver always going out and needing to reboot. Called tech and their response was, well it’s working now so what’s the problem. Escalated and gave 20+ dates/ times of issue and they finally sent new receiver.

marnie t. vollmann (@mrtolbon) reported@Bell sucks! Agent that’s helping to fix my modem ends the call and doesn’t call back, they sent a defective modem and want me to pick up a new one! store doesn’t have it available, new one ships in 1 or 2 days, no options to get a tech to come, no internet to work… A joke.

Stephen Pinsent (@swpinsent) reported@Bell_Support @Bell_Support I'm actively in a chat with your support and it hasn't replied to me in over 20 minutes? I guess it gave up?
