Do these even work ? 20+ year customer & called many times for tech support in a few months. Maybe design a Mesh modem instead...frustrated

I had to come to my in laws because your technicians were forcing us to be on premise to troubleshoot a phone line for my parents who are 70+ years of age who don’t understand technology. Now I am sitting here waiting.
