    @HilaryWollis @depalm @Bell_Support It’s not just TV, it also appears to be impacting their website as all their support pages are down as well. Internet is working at least.

    @Bell_Support I have 3 cables boxes and I rebooted 2 earlier now stuck with the Bell logo but the one I didn't reboot is now working fine, FINALLY. So is the issue fixed? And if so how do we recover the ones stuck on blue screen because these are locked up...

    Issue with @bell @Bell_Support in #midtownTO Bell website and virtual tool can't be reached. Bell Fibe blue screen. Power up/down modem nothing since 6pm. Any update? #bellcanada #belloutage

    @Bell_Support I ended up calling the local Bell store in the mall because there was no info on their website. Everything said that there were no issues. They told me that notice was posted to twitter. What about those people who dont do social media.

    @Bell_Support Fibe TV app works on computers! Why not the TVs and the rest?? Do I need a technician to visit once Bell figures up the problem? Is it all the street digging in Toronto that cut the fibre cable somewhere?? 🙈
