@RogersHelps @Rogers I still don't have cable, Internet (Ignite) and landline services, and I'm paying almost $400/month! @Bell_Support help me switch to Bell!

  • The_OGKW The_OGKW (@The_OGKW) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers Honestly the worst ******* internet. @Bell please install fibre in my neighborhood so I can switch to you.

  • realjluque Jason Luque (@realjluque) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers Amazes me that @Bell reps aren't going door to door right now. The trust & faith in this company has been broken & a token credit won't cut it. The ppl that have suffered medical emergencies the last 30 hrs & didn't get immediate help (911) should class action #rogersoutrage

  • Fahrenheit_457 Mark Morrison (@Fahrenheit_457) reported

@RogersHelps Ignite is horrible, internet and tv still down. I'd love to switch to @Bell for tv/internet services but not possible as Rogers is the only service provider in our apt building that offers decent internet speed. @Bell please offer Fibe in my area.

@blogTO Home down once it back on going call @bell switch if if they go down won’t be for 30 hours like my present situation 😡

  • RyanOnBoard Ryan A (@RyanOnBoard) reported

This @Rogers @RogersHelps outage (still not back up properly...funny how I can only use Twitter & Reddit via cellular data, but YouTube is fully functional) further emphasizes we cannot have two companies monopolizing our telecommunications (yes, calling you out too @Bell)

  • RealestWizard_ RealestWizard.eth⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️ (@RealestWizard_) reported

@Mr_1NV35T0R @Rogers @Bell I spent my entire day trying to re-route network traffic to sub providers due to that outage!

  • AngusMemes4 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐬 🇨🇦 🇺🇲 🇷🇺 (@AngusMemes4) reported

@TorontoDad5 @Bell Yeah Rogers has lost me as a customer.

  • Ohshidash Ohshi➖ (@Ohshidash) reported

Whole ******* neighbourhood is without internet again after like 5 hours of spotty connections. The fact that we pay more than any other country for this crappy service and slow ******* speed is pathetic. @CRTCeng @RogersHelps and even @Bell are relics, and useless.

  • steveslacker Steve Slack (@steveslacker) reported

Lesson learned from yesterday’s @Rogers outage: diversify. Our household is currently Rogers everything: TV, internet, home phone and cellular. Won’t be much longer. Will be moving some of those services to @bell or @TELUS.
