Placing this firmly under 1st world problems but it still pisses me off: I spent most of today online with @Bell trying to get a cell phone activated. The final step, I am assured, is to travel 1060km round trip to a Bell store to prove to them that I really exist.

@paulo_sinski @Bell_Support For the next 4 months. I had the copy of my email conversation with support and called them refusing to pay, sent to collections anyway. I tried to dispute with Credit Bureaus to no avail so I just paid the $400 and called it a day.

@Bell_Support @bell you have been calling me non-stop all day, never leaving me a voicemail. Either stop calling me, or leave me a message if it’s an actual call and you’re not trying to sell me something. As if I don’t get 20 spam calls a day already, you don’t need to add to it

Hey @Bell @Bell_Support, I bought a phone online that's locked to your carrier, could you help me unlock it for other carriers? I'm not in Canada, so I don't have a MyBell account

@jamesholden007 Honestly I find Worlds Apart a very insightful show. One doesn't have to watch the news, or may watch it knowing about the bias – en passant, just like those who watch CBC should be doing. I think this move by @Bell is nothing but virtue signal...
