    @Bell I’ve never been so frustrated. I’ve talked to 5 people about others being able to access my account. No one can figure it out. This is a major privacy issue and you can’t fix it? Have a manager call me or I’ll call the CRTC

    @Bell_Support you guys have a real issue. I'm closing my small company as I've gone out of business. I tried to talk to you about a way for us to cancel the service at a reasonable cost. Your people have told me bankruptcy is the only way to break the contract. That seems stupid.

    @Bell worst company around , they dont care about their customers... i know i had a customer service agent tell me exactly that. Was with them for almost 20 yrs, left over a decade ago and never went back. Garbage company

    Wow! @telusmobility can’t do address changes over the phone; waited an hour to speak with someone & told I have to do that! Can’t wait to change over to @Bell or @Rogers. “Telus’ world of technology” can’t process an address change, lol. They make you do that. #fail #servicefail
