@Bell_Support as a non customer I need to report a problem with a Bell overhead cable. Who do I contact and how?

Anywhere else in the world get screwed over for cell service the way we do in Canada by @Bell_Support @TELUS and @RogersHelps ? Approx. $90-100 for the calling plan alone. The Samsung Fold is either $40 a month & give it back after 2 yrs or pay $750 OR pay $90 a month for 2 yrs.

@Bell_Support Worst provider. They are incapable of resolving simplistic tasks. Worst. Customer. Service. Ever!!!!

@Rogers no internet, rude customer service, a technician that’s 3 days out. How is one to work and study from home in the interim? @bell can you set up in less than 24 hour notice? Can’t miss a day of work due to Rogers and their inability to serve clients. Thanks!

I’ve called @bell many times in the past 2 years about taking down some very low hanging phone wires. No one has come to take a look. Do you suggest I let my 2yr old remove them (who can reach because that’s how low they are),or wait till someone gets electrocuted? @Bell_Support

@Bell_Support your ****** services are dropping constantly today, I haven't been able to work or play games. Go **** yourselves.

No power in Evanston/Livingston/Carrington since 5am. Not having wifi reminds me of how bad cell service from @telus and @bell is in the area. @ENMAX #calgary

  • cbaw20 webster (@cbaw20) reported

@Bell what's with your constant shity TV service?

  • SilvLuke Luke Silv (@SilvLuke) reported

@Bell You promoted your rural internet in our area. Took 2 months to get us an appointment. Just to have the technician show up and inform us the tower is at capacity. Will be months/years before we can get internet. WFH/Summer plans now out the window. Awful.

  • DanWeaver_ca Dan Weaver (@DanWeaver_ca) reported

I call @Bell_Support & press the number for internet support: an automatic message says they are rebooting my modem. No warning or choice. Then their system hangs up on me. WTF. I understand this solves some problems, but this is not well implemented. Avoiding customers?
