    @davecorbett584 We had a horrible experience with @Bell in Bracebridge. They hung a cable from our back fence right through the middle of our backyard about 5ft off the ground and said that they would be back in 3 months to bury the cable. This was at the beginning of summer.

    @Bell_Support I’m not even a customer yet. I’m trying… moving all services and cell phones but you’re making this really hard. Mis scheduled appts, going back on details of our agreement. And can’t get through to anyone to speak to. Shocking.

    @Bell_Support I managed to fix the problem. The AC power cable is faulty. How can I be sent 2 new ones, or can I go to a Bell store and get them?
