    Hey @Bell, thanks for wasting my time. I took a day off work for an installation appointment that was cancelled without any explanation. No notice, no accommodation, no attempt to make it right. If this is how Bell treats potential customers why would anyone switch? #Fail

    @Bell I had a terrible experience with billing support team. Even after cancelling the service and returning the modem , Iโ€™m still being charged. Please look into this. Need your help.

    @Bell I just cancelled bell and switch to an American company. Iโ€™m paying less and get way better service. Canadian companies are garbage. Do better.
