@Bell_Support I wish you could help! But I’ve called 6 times and no one can help! We didn’t even have a storm? My kids Christmas time has been ruined and they wanted to watch Christmas shows. I’m switching to @RogersBiz today.

  • Jonavin Jonavin (@Jonavin) reported

@Erik1130 @Rogers It’s almost 2023 and I can only get DSL from @bell. They won’t even sell their wireless solution to me, which would be faster.

  • Toywheels Helen Callon (@Toywheels) reported

@Bell_Support Bell has RUINED Christmas! Now showing outage until 1pm Dec 26th. 72 hours plus. Is this acceptable? I think not. Bye bye Bell! You won’t get my $3600 a year!!!

  • LumpSTM Crowley (@LumpSTM) reported

@Bell_Support 3 days with no progress on fixing the issue. What a joke.

  • beatlefan46 Rosemary MacMillan 🇨🇦 (@beatlefan46) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell My sister in St Catharines has been without Bell internet since December 23. Called support today - December 25 - told her should be up by 2 pm. It is still not up? What is the issue????

  • BrennanTDoherty Brennan Doherty (@BrennanTDoherty) reported

@Bell_Support it would be awesome if you could update the estimated time to restore service for St. Catharines. Apparently, service was to be restored by 6:40AM Yesterday. There has been no further update since that time and service is still unavailable.

  • grimbly_chris Christina (@grimbly_chris) reported

@Bell_Support Lies lies lies! No service for the holidays? @Bell get your crap together or I’m switching to Rogers today.

  • CharlieCurrie Charlie Currie (Correct Politically) (@CharlieCurrie) reported

@Bell_Support A closer look? You're sending me bills and the Internet doesn't work. Good grief.

  • beatlefan46 Rosemary MacMillan 🇨🇦 (@beatlefan46) reported

@Bell_Support This is similar to when Rogers went down. I thought there was to be a plan in place where customers could jump onto another providers servers? In future..is this going to happen?

  • Laurengrimason1 Laurengrimason (@Laurengrimason1) reported

@Bell_Support Yeah still showing resolution by December 24th 6.40 a.m. so you guys might want to update that...
