@RogersHelps My wife is on the phone with @Bell right now. We are probably going with them. I do not want to switch but this experience is unacceptable. I’ve been with Rogers for years but this is the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with any company

  • POWERFULWAZ WAZ (@POWERFULWAZ) reported

Hi @crave @Bell can you please fix the mislabelling of the love island episodes on demand? I’m trying to watch episode 27 but it’s mislabelled and it’s actually episode 23… where is episode 27?!?! Thank you

@Bell Not a problem. Starlink is faster, cheaper, and more dependable than any of the "Canadian" internet providers. Sure hope they come out with a Starlink phone soon.

  • EhsanGhara E.E (@EhsanGhara) reported

@Bell_News @Bell There is currently an ongoing @Bell outage in Toronto midtown that has lasted for 30 hours , apparently not going to be resolved any time soon. The least you could do for your paying customers is to communicate updates. Irresponsible and disrespectful not to even keep us informed

  • JanaEsso Canadian Jana (@JanaEsso) reported

@ezralevant @Bell Walked into my local service Ontario where I have gone for years with very little change in staff. Not one familiar face and all barely spoke English.

  • TheBagLadyBaySt Sandra Pierce (@TheBagLadyBaySt) reported

  • MrsDfromCanada Mrs D from Canada (@MrsDfromCanada) reported

Hey @Bell 24 hour long internet outages are bad enough! You think you would have the decency to actually update your online service outage information and keep your customers informed. It’s been almost 12 hours since your last online update. Do better!!!!

@Bell Bell is the least likely company to actually utilize the funding. Bell was contracted to lay fibre for our local MNR building along our road. Nobody at Bell thought to extend residential service here at the same time, they stuck with fixed wireless. Now everyone is on Starlink.
