@Bell_Support since two or three weeks we’ve had trouble sending mail to @bell[.]net addresses from a number of European MX because the bell[.]net MX (mxmta[.]owm[.]bell[.]net) immediately hangs up with: 421 Service not available Can you look into this please?

@Bell_Support home school, working from home all of this is impossible. How can this damage can more than 24 hours to fix? Don’t you have a work around? Not to mention not being able to do anything at night during the curfew. Wednesday night 10 pm? Really?

@Bell_Support That really doesn’t help. What I want is an estimate when I will have service and be able to work again.

@Bell_Support The lack of answer makes it clear that @Bell only uses their CRM for upselling and account retention. When even a crown corporation such as @hydroquebec has better outage communication than a privately owned telecom company, maybe it's time to switch to a provider which cares.

@Bell_Support It will do me literally no good to send you my account number. I'm in Candiac and am affected by your fibre line cut outage. How long is this going to go on for? why is this not fixed yet???
