One would think that a telecom provider would have monitoring tools in place to detect a systemic outage. Instead @Bell_Support treats all customer outage reports from MTL and the surrounding area as unique cases... @Bell keeps showing their poor network management practices.

@EbeaudryEric @Bell_Support They do not have diversity in their network in order to save money. It is a shame for a national tier 1. They use fate sharing to the max.

@Bell_Support Bell Fibe is down in Candiac, Quebec, phones, internet and TV. I’m trying to reach support at bell, I’ve been on hold for 30 min. Can we know what is going on and when it is going to come back? There are ppl working from home here.
