    Reaching out to @Rogers w/today's @Bell_Support outage for a backup line… their business service only has 15up for 75down? When pressed, it's “because of copper lines…” yet they have gigabit down with 50up... why can't I order 75/50 or even 25/25? It's a redundancy for Bell...

    @kebbel @Bell_Support And I just got service back. So strange. It was my tv first and then the phone and last the internet that came back.

    This is the third or fourth time this has happened with no communication to the customer this year. Beyond frustrated. @Bell, time you lost another.

    @Bell_Support When I called just now service rep says this outage is due to a “scheduled service update” - would have been nice to have the heads up :( ugh!
