    @InTheNoosphere I cannot afford fringes due to @Bell_Support simple 2 phones, different wifi unlimited, rarely call, text- no music etc and still over 300.00 a month for crap. They also teether tv subscription - anti Trudeau ads all the time. Give me Alberta channels, I live in MB. Corrupt.

    @Bell my parents are in their 70s, not very computer literate. They think it is normal for email homepage to take 10 min to load. They decided to switch email service, but no poss to transfer contacts/emails from Bell. Shame on you.

    @Bell hard to believe company can be this grossly inefficient and still be in business. Trying to help 96 year old to pay her bill - yes we want to give you money. Website doesn’t work. Massively complicated phone network doesn’t work. Spoke to an agent - said nothing she can do

    Ironically, the @Bell support person can't help on phone because they are 'working from home'. so expect my mom - 96 - to go to a Bell store.

    Well done @Bell_Support! First time calling as aa new customer and you completely cocked it up. I'll be cancelling my account, returning the phone & going to either Telus, or back to Rogers. You still haven't learned to value your customers & treat them like people.

    @InTheNoosphere @Bell_Support No idea.. sometimes no service no bars yet I do not use cell for Twitter. Need to change it now I suppose. But their service no matter the device or photo horrible.
