    @Bell your customer service is terrible. ive spent 3 days, ~5 hours talking to 10 agents. worst of all? still no answer. i have to reshare my order # and problem to each person. its like hot potato. i just want my new internet to work pls it cant be this hard

    @Bell Storm of the century and Bell can't fix my internet. No outage in area either. To fix @Bell updated my software and now it doesn't work at all. 7 reboots and still nothing.

    @Bell what’s going on ? Customer calls for wrong billing resolution and the customer service agent first says - yes I can help and then suddenly starts selling mobility service , when said let’s talk about the resolution for the wrong billing and then the agent says sorry I have to create a ticket Training should be first focusing on the service rather than selling ! Agent keeps us waiting for 15 min Seriously !!

    @Bell long time business customer here. Why don't you like your customers? Your CSRs try to scold me and hang up on me for weeks. I'm paying you $200/month and my internet hasn't worked properly for THIS business for 3 MONTHS! Trying to lose me?!? @beanfieldcanada @rally

    I’m not sure what business you are running. A cancelation request for a service will take 3-5 days for processing & till then I can’t do any changes to my account? So if a lose my device I get disconnected because you are incompetent?! @Bell @CRTCeng

    @Bell your Bell Fibe app on Apple TV is broken. All functions are slow. This started in the new year. Please fix it.

    @CBCNews instead of just going on all day and talking about how much snow we got, why don't you do a report on why businesses like @Bell are still having issues with maintaining their service after 145 years of being in this Artic Snowy country?
