He was at the bell store at erin mills Mississauga for 3 hours and they gave him a new number. This is not a solution. His old number is VERY IMP I REPT VERY IMPORTANT. HE NEEDS THAT NUMBER BACK!!

Reminded of cx service standards 10yrs ago. Have not experienced this with any provider in the last 5yrs in Canada. POOR.

Wanted to put one in my daughter's name as she is just starting out in life. She calls bell all excited. Bell lady is rude and makes her pay $50 just to put it in her name from mine.
