Why are Canadian companies robbing people more these days? @Bell charged my wife $1000 for phone calls while on wifi in Egypt. She had a plan but they never informed her when her plan ended and continued charging her. She called and supervisor was rude. we’re both leaving Bell.

@Bell_Support I spent 2 hours on the telephone with your customer service staff and they weren't interested on seeing the video, the vehicles plates, id number, or anything at all about the douchebag tech. Just letting people know that if this prick rolls up in your yard, BEWARE !!!

@Bell_Support What's worse is that over half of our customers use BELL by company recommendation (~22,000 in the east half of Canada), and over 140 customers at this site alone. They will definitely NEVER hear a whisper of BELL uttered here again. They can make that mistake all on their own!!

@Bell_Support I've DM'd you already and have been on hours of support calls for the last 2 weeks. Was promised a supervisor (and networks team escalation call) yesterday but no communication has been made. This run around is unproductive, I require a solution to my issue.
