    @Bell_Support I have Fibe TV and it is affected, so that's completely untrue. Can't reach Bell Fibe service by phone and TV service is completely locked. Unable to even access the guide or PVR as of 7:30pm today.

    @Bell_Support Fibe TV not working in London either. Fibe app works on phone though, but nothing on TV.
