The Last Linda (@TheLastLinda) reported@Bell_Support Hi, Bell! I have the Fibe TV app on my iPad, but every time I turn on a channel, the closed captioning automatically comes on, and I have to turn it off manually. I’ve checked the Settings and it is not set to be on. How do I fix this?

This was for a neighbour down the street who I'm thinking eventually went with Rogers. It's just that the Rogers and Bell boxes happen to be on my front lawn. But what an eyesore for months now.
