@Bell empty promises and no decency to have enough respect for customers to call them if a problem occurred. booked an installation today waited for 6 hours and no one shows up! No call! And you expect us to pay for installation. Waste of time and money. Thanks for nothing!

I don't think there is anything I dread more than trying to arrange a service from a telecom company. Today's culprit was @Bell. I had arranged an appointment at a nearby Bell store to port my land line to a mobile line and to arrange for a shared data plan with Paul's phone.

@Bell_Support Stop giving bs non-answers. We have the service already, it's the 1.5gbps fibe line. I do not have the equipment in possession yet but that's today. You have a model # for the modem/router? Is the line a dynamic IP, yes or no? Sales team doesn't have these answers, they sell.
