HAPPENING NOW: The clocks aren't supposed to "fall back" until next week, but it appears some @Bell customers are waking up to the wrong time on their smartphones. Callers to @CityNewsTO are reporting the issue. No word from the telecom company on when a fix might be issued.

@Bell something up with your network provided time ? It seems that DST is over in your provided time. That’s not accurate. See screenshot from phone and same thing on my Apple Watch cellular- it’s set to “automatic”. Have restarted devices
