@Bell I am not sure who to contact one of your towers in Bobcaygeon Ontario on Olivers Road has a bright flashing white light halfway down the tower and no red light at the top seems weird thought someone should know

  • Sid4peeps1 Sid4peeps (@Sid4peeps1) reported

@Bell_Support Can I get some help with a Crave promo I was supposed to receive when we switched to Bell Mobility from Rogers?

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

@Teirersias @Bell @CRTCeng Not like there a contract change (new device due to one broken). I think your area requires you to put a complaint in writing to the CRTC and not the CCTS (unless things changed). This is likely what u will have to do.

What nonsense that we couldn't keep a plan we've been using for years over three changes of phones. @Bell sucks. Do better. @CRTCeng

  • sunk818 sunk818 (@sunk818) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell Hello, I'd like to unlock a Bell device. I'm not a Bell customer but own Bell locked smartphone. IMEI is 867239025317807 Per Canadian law, I believe I am eligible for an unlock code

@jimcramer Booya Jim, @Bell_Support is garbage, should I buy puts?

  • OliviaaMaggie nana’s mom (@OliviaaMaggie) reported

@Bell_Support My data on my phone still won’t do anything with iMessage but appears to work fine otherwise. When will this issue resolve? (I know multiple people struggling with this)

  • JayCockburn Jay Cockburn (@JayCockburn) reported

My favourite part of this exchange was when the line to @Bell_Support was so bad that I asked her to email me the support ticket number and the representative from one of Canada's three telecoms oligopolies told me over a distorted unintelligible phone line that she couldnt email

  • DStitchman E (@DStitchman) reported

I'm really trying to enjoy #HaloInfinite but my internet connection is so awful that I can't even load half of the menus 🙃 Thanks @Bell

  • Teirersias Aaron W (@Teirersias) reported

@fanCRTCProfling @Bell @CRTCeng I asked and was told no. Absolute crap. I don't even know what plan the other three phones are on now because we just had to get one new one due to an irreparable crack. This change/upgrade is not by choice
