@Bell_Support your network infrastructure is suffering. Connection is up but all services spotty. Even cell data download rates not even 2mb at times on lte. Are there infrastructure issues in Brampton after the storm, or are your DNS servers being DDoS'd??

Our @Bell internet went down this AM, and now we have to wait for two days for a technician to call us to schedule a time to come to our home… that turnaround time is too long! 😡 #frustrated

@Bell_Support brampton just had a storm w/ 150 km/h winds and ever since power came back on FibeTV services are spotty like 3 days ago. May want to check your fix the other day is still in place!

@Bell_Support We're being sent a new 4K receiver to replace the refurbished piece of crap you gave us when we became a customer 2 months ago. That won't solve all our problems as i think the source problem is the cable modem or equipment coming into condo bldg, but we'll see.

@Bell Maybe, but you sure don't help when a customer is having nothing but problems. Not as great as you want people to believe.
