    @RogersHelps @Bell how many days have you had interrupted service in the past 10 days? I’m at 4 days of service outages so far in the past 10 days.

    @Bell_Support You misunderstood. I’m with Rogers & struggling with inconsistent service delivery & regular outages. Everyone says “no point switching providers because Bell is the same” - so I’m asking how many outages have occurred for your customers in past 10 days? Maybe I should be switch?

    @Bell_Support So the issue has yet to be addressed. I figured I’d have to keep chasing for compensation for the crappy phone line - but now my time is being wasted also. What does a reasonable person have to do here? Bell is horrible.

    @Bell get your **** together. Call in they say it’s going to be resolved, same with your website and your virtual support however ITS NOT. Ridiculous.

    @Bell_Support Hesitant to DM, every time I contact support, my service gets worse not better. I started with 20mb peak. Called, now I'm currently without any service until someone shows up... maybe today? Apt this afternoon usually means maybe the day after.
