@johnnyd79 @Bell Service is decent for us but omg, the price, the price is insane, we are streamers so we have no choice but to pay. We only have internet and its almost $160 a month. No one else can compare to the speed of bells service in our area so we are stuck! Forget about calling in

@Bell_Support We called bell and "problems in the area" is the reason given. For 48 hours? Seriously? All Bell satellite customers in the L7M zone should be given a discount. Past time to shop around

I had returned a faulty PVR (for the 3rd time) and @Bell_News @Bell_Support didn't receive it from Purolater and rather than deciding to follow up with that company (it says in transit on the tracking) they decided to charge me. The PVR they gave me this time is also broken.

@Bell I will be cancelling my service - charging me incorrectly and making me pay out of pocket for a "credit to my account" is not correct the situation. It's paying up from for your service! I want out! #BellLetsTalk @CRTC @BBBCentralON
