  • BoldOutlaw Robin Hood: Bold Outlaw (@BoldOutlaw) reported

@Bell_Support I have my old landline with Bell. It seems our whole building's phone, internet and cable are out. Tried calling 310-bell and they once again make it sound like individual tenants will need to pay for whole apartment bldg issue

  • Em203Soberano EM203MSoberano (@Em203Soberano) reported

My @Rogers Ignite internet is still down as it has been for the last 7 hours and has still not been serviced as it appears once again the whole area using Rogers is down. Very disappointed with Rogers services, looking to switch providers @Bell_Support

  • alonsothings Alonso Gutierrez (@alonsothings) reported

@RogersHelps I've been transfered on chat multiple times from Care to Tech Support to Ignite. Now, nobody from the Ignite team answers. What's the point of choosing you over @Bell if your premium services have no support?

  • BigValleyAudio Corey C Dixon (@BigValleyAudio) reported

Did you know that over 20% of complaints made to the CRTC about wireless providers are made about Bell? That is almost double that of the next highest provider. I just found that out when I was filing my complaint about them. Stay tuned! #bellmobility @Bell_Support

  • Ego80864409 Salvatore (@Ego80864409) reported

@brengunn23 @Bell_Support @Bell Seriously Bell is terrible. Customer service is non-existent and all they care about his money.

  • vldndntnuse validand notinuse (@vldndntnuse) reported

@Bell_Support is there an internet outage right now in Mississauga? My router has been down since mid morning.

  • jonblaw J. Blake Wilson (@jonblaw) reported

@Bell @Bell_News Bell tells me they'll send me an email that I never receive, and then tells me it's my fault, even though it's their mistake in the first place.

  • limowreck76 Rees (@limowreck76) reported

@Bell provides ZERO flexibility in terms of easily accessible support for people struggling during Covid. I have literally been cut off 3 or 4 times with no means of even calling them. Their customer support only shields their greedy cost cutting, price gorging ethos. 👎👎👎👎

  • di_nic Matt Di Nicolantonio 😷 (@di_nic) reported

For the second time since the pandemic began, @bell has raised Internet prices by more than $5 per month. The only notice is buried on the last page of your bill, months in advance, which they know nobody reads. All this despite high profits, pandemic support, and mass layoffs.
