I just had the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced from @Bell. They just successfully upset a very long term customer and I will never do business with them again. So short sighted. Unbelievable

.@RogersHelps what a joke of a service you have. It's been a full day without internet at my house. A customer doesn't pay a bill on time and we get charged a late fee. Rogers doesn't give you service you pay for and you only get frustration. Hi @Bell_Support how you doin'?

@Bell_Support Mobility. I have 120GB fast speed and unlimited data at slow speed, but normally it feels like all the time it’s slow. I mean, I know I live in a remote area and I know I can’t ask for the same level of service than Ottawa, but I’d love if please make something to improve here.

@Bell_Support Many times during the day. This is ridiculous, I’m having same issues than while in Venezuela - that has one of the slowest internet speed in the planet.
