@Bell_Support Hesitant to DM, every time I contact support, my service gets worse not better. I started with 20mb peak. Called, now I'm currently without any service until someone shows up... maybe today? Apt this afternoon usually means maybe the day after.

@timothypeckover @Bell i'm in ottawa (thanks to extreme amalgamation), but rural-ish and very low density. so i kinda get it, but they also need to do better i think. @rogers here has 1,000/50 service, but it dies after a couple of hours after a power outage...

@Bell_Support Why do you guys hide price hike notices only in the downloadable PDF bills? As someone who usually only looks at the online bill information, there is never any notice visible in any of the online detail sections when viewing one's monthly bills! 🤬👎

@Bell I’m wondering what address to send an invoice too? It seems as though I’m dropping more calls than ever before. You are costing me money to run my business and as you know I pay you on time and handsomely. Your service on the Avalon Nl area is getting worse, not acceptable!

@Bell_Support @Bell you gotta be kidding me our lines still not working correctly after 30 days our fifth line still not working. Your accounting team sends email for funds and balance, why don’t you fix your lines before reaching out this sounds like class action after 30 days the damages you…

@Bell your CSA just lost a sale because your system can’t locate my address. I had this issue a few months ago when I had a service disruption. You service this area but why is my address not valid?

@Bell forces Fibe on remote worker. #Bell dropped new line$ recently, so why would @Bell_Support repair old? Five days of outage so far, seven phone calls, one no-show tech, one failed commitment from escalation team, hours of frustration, and $200 for new modem.
