    @Bell_Support not fixed in Toronto … in fact all of our bell services are out. Things happen but the fact you are not being transparent with what is happening or how big the outage is is what will lead to you losing customers.

    @Bell Our internet was accidentally disconnected by Bell. One of our staff has an online conference tomorrow. Yet we can't seem to get a tech over to fix it today.
