    @Rogers customers in Ottawa. @Bell customers have had essentially full service while we have had zero and still have almost zero coverage three days later.

    It is incredible how we are extremely vulnerable as customers and no matter what, we always have to pay for outstanding and expensive balances even though bills are unfair. My @Bell experience was awful with a very poor and overpriced service.

    @Bell_Support @Bell Still no internet service - still no idea what’s wrong and why it’s taking so long. The internet worked fine for 8 hours following the storm and now hasn’t worked for over 48 hours. Obviously the storm didn’t cause catastrophic damage if the internet worked for 8 hours following

    @Bell_Support it’s ridiculous that it’s taking so long to restore internet for 3 days! Such a large company and such poor service! It’s affecting work education and practically everything! I don’t understand this.
