@Bell @Bell_Support Spent all day NYE waiting at my new house away from my family for a bell tech that NEVER arrived. Was bounced around customer service departments for over an hour. Nobody at bell tried to contact us. Why is it so hard to sign up for internet? #bellcanada

So I was happy to move out as I was getting a much better deal. I lost a good deal due to their unethical behaviour that shows that company has a very bad culture. I am not surprised that there are thousands of billing disputes with @Bell and so many other people have suffered

Thread: how @Bell employees are screening up the company. On Nov 30th, I called up @Bell_LetsTalk support to disconnect my connection as the price was very high and I was getting good offers from other providers. One employee named James promised me a plan at $CAD 45 plus HST

@snughaven @Bell Bell screwed us over so they offered my mom a rate that no other company can beat she’s grandfathered in for life with this rate and doesn’t want to give it up. I keep telling her what’s the point if it’s below par service! I’d rather pay for decent wifi!
