@Bell ...Ted Rogers was gruff and savvy and could eventually turn **** into Shinola. That culture continues today, long after Ted's passing. It is the exact opposite of Bell's bureaucracy. Rogers is far from perfect, they have pissed off a lot of people, including their customers...

@Bell ...I could go on with more examples, and personal experiences, but suffice to say that I'm writing this to declare that Canadians should no longer support Bell as a supplier of telecom services. Instead, hitch your wagon to Rogers. OF COURSE Rogers is FAR from perfect...

@Bell the only option I’m left with is to switch providers so we can work. Oh, of course I’m still paying for a service I’m not fully receiving.

@Bell I’m in Toronto, your service SUCKS, your “customer service” foreign workers have had us “trouble shooting” for THREE DAYS! We have continued to request a technician to come fix this BUT they are refusing! I’m the meantime, we are seniors who have a severely disabled young man that needs EMS constantly AND we are on call for a 95 year old father who now can’t reach us because we have zero access to our phone, internet or television! Bell CANADA you suck! Rogers is offering several packages based on an individual’s needs! We LEFT Rogers BECAUSE Bell said they would do better and look after us. They won’t even send a technician out even when we literally BEGGED them! @Bell_LetsTalk you BETTER believe we DO! Shame on you @Bell !

Something seriously wrong with the service at @Bell when someone won’t take my call or provide service to my 91-year-old father when his TV and internet won’t work. I guess we are switching.

@Bell ...an example was when it bought ExpressVU the Direct to Home satellite TV pioneer in Canada. I knew their executives. Being acquired by Bell solved their money problems, but ultimately destroyed their culture AND the company, the remnants of which barely exist within Bell now ..

@Bell ...maybe Rogers will work their magic and make the Leafs a contender for the Stanley Cup, which has eluded our City since 1967. Bottom line, my conclusion is that if you support successful independent entrepreneurs then hold your nose and SUPPORT ROGERS!
