Very weird interaction with @Bell_Support last night. They send me their latest fibre modem to install which was not receiving a signal. I called and was told that there was an outage in my area that could last 24-48 hours.

@Bell don’t make me regret my choice to stay with you for my Internet. Cancelled my service but you kept calling me….gave me a better price so I stayed…only to have you cancel my Internet anyway!! Now I have to wait 24-48 hours for you to fix your mistake. 😡#nothappy

@Bell & @Bell_Support will not restore our wireline phone service until we upgrade to fibre. We can't upgrade to fibre because 1) they laid the cable on the wrong side of the house, and 2) can't reach the fibre modem with a needed wired cable. Time to ditch & switch?

@Bell The copy editor forgot the "a knife in" part. Your services are crap and your company is garbage.

@Matthew2002_ @Bell_Support The cable/fibre is owned by either Bell or Rogers. All these third parties run over their network. So on Bell CIKTEL can't provide more than what Bell offers i.e. 50 MBPS. And why not go with Rogers I'd use their network anyways.

@Bell I'm not even a Bell customer just someone trying to do the right thing as I'm sure the line will give way with the tension it's under. And you don't seem to care - absolutely fascinating exercise in how not to care for your customers.

@Bell_Support are your fibre services down currently? Haven't been able to connect for an hour or so with modem resets.
