@Bell Just checked availability at my address. Not available to this address but it’s in the neighborhood. Certainly isn’t 100x better if you’ll never get it.

  • 79Merlot 79Merlot (@79Merlot) reported

In today’s episode of you’ve got to be f’ing kidding me. A 🧵 Due to the hurricane that ripped through Ottawa, I don’t have Internet (but I’ve got power, so I’m definitely better off than others) So I call @bell “customer service”

  • psychofreilachs fashion conscious gargoyle (@psychofreilachs) reported

@Bell bell being predatory aside it's wild that gamer culture normalizes ads like this? like surely it's actually pathological and bad to get physically violent with the things that make you angry? controllers are also expensive but it'd still be weird to encourage if they weren't

  • ItsZurky Wiper (@ItsZurky) reported

Hey @Rogers, it in your training manual to just keep transferring customers while on the phone until they get so fed up they just hang up? Because if so, the last couple people I talked to should get a raise. I can't wait for @Bell Fibre to get installed in my neighborhood.

  • 79Merlot 79Merlot (@79Merlot) reported

So I ask to speak to a supervisor. I’m told there are none because they’re actually closed now and he’s staying working overtime to help with my problem. @Bell do not pay that moron a single extra cent for tonight because he’s just cost you a customer.

  • LarissaDown1 Larissa (@LarissaDown1) reported

@Bell_Support apparently the number that called us was legit. But you guys REALLY need some new customer service people. Called and then got mad and yelled “CALL bell YOURSELF then” and hung up on us. Wtf is with your employees???

  • KelsMo25 Kelsie Morin (@KelsMo25) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell Definitely DID NOT resolve my issue and someone that works for you guys was super rude to me on the phone today.. when will the internet come back on in the K2c0b9 area code…?

  • MrsTankGirl Mrs.TankGirl (@MrsTankGirl) reported

@CRTCeng my internet drops, slows down insanely and is absolutely some of the most expensive in the world. Can you please explain to me why your business model is "protect @Rogers and @Bell from competition and force Canadians to settle for subpar services at high cost" ?

  • s_dunoo Shah (@s_dunoo) reported

@Bell @Bell_Support Bell has the worst customer service in Canada. Got hanged up 3 times in 2 hours and transferred to different departments. I have 3 phone number with bell but didn’t get a call back. Will be calling back tomorrow again to cancel my services.

  • northernthrux 🇺🇦Ravi Menon, FCAHS, FRSC 🇺🇦 (@northernthrux) reported

@Bell_Support left door knockers on all houses in the 'hood today advertising fibre directly to the house. Called the number 4 times, got hung up on while on hold 4 times. Stunningly poor service is just one reason why Canada needs more competition, not cabals.
