    Just about ready to cancel home phone services from @Bell_Support . Figure out a way to stop these fake calls from the “visa departement”. 10 a day if not more. 1 operator was clearly having a bad day, he started swearing at me for wanting to “allow these charges”

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Internet is down AGAIN in Vaughan. This is too much. I have disconnects every day. Any recommendations? Perhaps @Bell is better?

    For generations, @bell overcharged customers for telephone services under a protected monopoly. They've made so much money that the @CRTCeng once ordered them to refund their entire customer base for a month's service.

    @scratchingpost My husband got a robo call Monday morning laying him and 12 other ppl off in one call from @Bell After 11 years, worked his way up through the company. They are a total load of ****. Didn’t hear from HR for hours and was then given 10 minutes to clear his laptop

    UPDATE: They are doing maintenance and upgrades on the line and it could take up to 24hrs to fix. ??? How can you just disconnect the line like that without informing your customers. @Bell @Bell_Support This makes no sense...

    @Bell_Support your #Fibe service in Brooklin, ON is a pathetic joke. Our service is garbage and goes down 3-5 time A DAY! I am tired of wasting time calling for support when nothing changes. This is a YOU problem. Fix it!

    @35Ayres @Rogers Bell is as bad. @Bell_Support I used its online chat sales to order a new phone, internet, security. TV, etc. When it came time to deliver Bell just shrugged and said we lost the order. Gave them a pdf of the whole sales transcript. They shrugged. "Not my dept" wasted hours.
