@Bell_Support It’s more so driving around the region in the past couple of weeks with weaker signal strength. My family member will be contacting Bell again about the internet continually dropping off.

@Rogers its very unprofessional and irresponsible to mess up another customers @Bell_Support wifi line when your fixing your customers Wifi line. I work from home and this is a huge issue for me. #Bell #Rogers your rivalry shouldn’t affect consumers. We pay for it.

@t3kfr34k @Bell_Support If it says u have a outage contact tech support a lot of bell users here in ottawa have reported slow speed high latency on the pure fibre connection in my case there was congestion in my neighborhood clearly bell is not good at deployment if they can't even handle it

@Bell and nothing happens. You gave me a number to call. I called. Person said someone would call me back in 4-48 hours. Still waiting. I can’t use my phone in my house, backyard and there’s basically no service anywhere in Ancaster. Why pay full price for zero service not ok

@Bell I am currently locked out of my own network, over a 3g connection, Bell does not operate on. Trying to log the Videotron user center. It is looping. Trying to download the helix app, nothing is going on. #polqc
