@Bell I came to bell from rogers expecting better customer service ……… naw too much to ask. How do y’all expect everyone to start using esim if your support team can’t even set them up . I am without a phone number and cellular data. I am only a week in and I am not impressed

@Bell not happy at all with my mobility service. I am in a shared data plan although I was never told this and actually got the 3 different lines at different times. Apparently nothing can be done. Please tell me what other provider offers better service and transparency!

@Bell Not frustrated by lag, but about the pricing... I have to pay full price for a 1.5gig as a Student and I am refused to get the student promo because I am nort a new customer!? That's a joke from you, no reprensentative ever told me about a student promotion even tho I told them
