Jimmy Davis (@JimmyDavis28) reported@Bell Unless youโre going to fix the issue of cell service in the province thereโs nothing to discuss. This isnโt an issue isolated to a few people. As previous posters have said. 1st world prices for 3rd world service. I actually had better cell service when I was in Cuba.

Karebear๐จ๐ฆ๐จ๐ฆ๐จ๐ฆ๐จ๐ฆ (@Karebear1340) reported@Reil76 @Bell Had issues at the cottage with the receiver. Called support 4 times!! Finally asked to have someone go out. Tech said there was no reason they couldn't resolve it. Also let us know that all support is done from the Philippines & they're #1 goal is to get you off the line ASAP.

Nicole Kearsey (@nicolek1989) reported@TELUSsupport @TELUS @Bell whoever tf owns the tower that was knocked out in St. Johnโs recently is gonna have to do something about it. Service has been terrible ever since. The year is 2026. Iโm in a major city on a main drag and shouldnโt be losing service flat out

AlexTri (@AlexTri333) reported@Bell If I DM what do you expect me to share with you? Why not fix your dang virtual assistant that no matter what I select it says that your systems have an error and cannot put callers through an agent. Are you paying agents to do nothing? Do you just have the virtual assistant?

Lois Roper (@LoisKRoper) reportedIt is shameful that during fire evacuations that the cell service providers cannot provide better service throughout the valley in the safe areas. From Enderby to Cherryville to Okanagan Falls, two bars is not sufficient let family know we are ok. Do better! @Telus @Bell @Rogers

Jancey-Lu Ballantyne (@JanceyLu) reported@Reil76 @Bell We just had an issue with Bell. Lost service during a storm. Called, told us we needed a new router. Went to the store. They couldn't find our account in their system. Odd. They can always find us when it's time to pay. 3 trips to Bell before we got the router. Still no internet.
