    @Bell hey bell is there anyway i can get a deal on one of your fibe plans and hears why im asking so in the middle of summer a squrirrl bitt off or chewed off most of the internet lines or power lines to my building so we had no internet for a month and they said they would not fix it

    3) when we called now to inquire about her phone line we were told “Her phone line should be up in 24hrs” Again my father has just died, two of your agents guaranteed the line would experience no interruptions, and now we’re being told “24 hours” @Bell fix this now #notok

    @Bell_Support He called afterwards to confirm yet again that there were no issues, and at that moment our internet went off again. While your employee kept insisting there was no problem, that it was working on his end, and there was no need to send anyone.

    Isn't it fantastic when you work from home due to the pandemic, but yet your phone consistantly loses its signal for multiple, consecutive weeks? Why did I choose @Bell MTS as a provider....

    2) line. My mother has now been without a phone all morning. My mom is a wreck worrying that she won’t be able to collect my fathers belongings. @Bell you have a 68 year old widow worrying about a stupid phone line while she is dealing with the loss of my father.

    @Bell_Support @Bell_Support After his complete denial and cooperation to help, I asked to speak to his manager, and he hung up. While our internet was still not working, making my brother not being able to complete his final exam.
