Yesterday my father-in-law (86 years old) spent 3 hours on the phone with @Bell to change his credit card number on file. 3 hours!!! Is this what you call good customer service???

@Bell_Support I cancelled my services with you guys in March. You STILL send me a new bill every month and every month I call and say nooooo I don’t have you anymore. Then the employees try to lie and it’s all just so awful dealing with you guys

@Bell_Support Hey belo is there a reason why your customer service agents are extremely pushy? I wanted to get a quote on your internet so I can discuss it with my husband and your Customer service agent would not listen to me and became extremely pushy.

Worst week ever Started my partners birthday by losing internet That was 5 days ago. Just have to say I do NOT appreciate how my internet was disconnected by accident because the fibe wires are too close or ?? But the tech who hooked me back up was a good guy @Bell
