@Bell_Support Hi there. I've had 4 to 5 interruptions today with internet service. This has now been ocurring for the last couple of weeks, at least 2 to 3 times a day. What can I do to rectify this? Thx

@Bell With the internet eating nothing but foods that are nothing but filled with pure fibre the internet must be able to take a **** with no problems whatsoever. I should try to eat foods that are high in fibre cuz I have a very difficult time shitting.

@Bell why are we not already receiving wifi through out the home , my laptop is 18 ft fom the router in the same room and keeps freezing as well as our cell phones ,your product is garbage !

@Bell Dear @Bell, let me get this straight: I am already paying you $130/month for a HomeHub 2000 router on your Fibe network. The WiFi doesn't cover my entire tiny 850 square foot apartment. Now you want me to pay you an extra $10/mo to prop up this ****** product?

@Bell Also when Bell was on my street 2 or so years back took them 2 months of noise to install the fibe system. I never knew of the introcciut labour that was involved.

@Nanal0l @Bell i remember like a decade back working customer support for koodo we would reverse overages like this all the time, try calling if you havent already and explain the situation :)

@Rogers my sister was on the phone with a sales rep of yours and he hung up on her. your sales rep was extremely rude, difficult and unprofessional. you’re losing another customer to @Bell. you need to train your employees better.

@Bell typical Canadian monopoly. Have people pay for a service that doesn’t deliver…then have them pay monthly for an “add on” that doesn’t work. Only possible in a monopolistic environment where competition is non-existent. This is why our economy has to rely on RE. 🙄
